The implementation of qualitative inclusion in higher education institutions is one of the conditions for the constant development of Ukraine. The analysis of statistical data, made by the authors, shows a permanent reduce of the number of people with disabilities, who obtain higher education now. Based on the analysis of modern researches and media materials, authors identify the reasons for this tendency. They believe that one of the main barriers is the inability of young people with disabilities to get a job in their specialty and build a successful professional trajectory. Having analyzed the few of Ukrainian universities’ websites, authors propose the development of a unified approach for the special educational services provision. Authors also determine its main elements as: definition of educational difficulties; systematic monitoring of the availability of higher education institutions and of the level of satisfaction of special educational services; expansion of the collected information about students with disabilities; programs of communication ethics among teachers, students and persons with disabilities; psychological services; monitoring the observance of the rights of students with disabilities; inclusion of students with disabilities in academic mobility programs; employment of students with disabilities; determination of quality indicators for the special educational services provision; providing full information on the possibility of provision services to students with disabilities; representation of students with disabilities in the advertising products of institutions – as equal members of the student community. The authors consider these elements as an appropriate base for determination of the quality of higher education institutions inclusion. At the same time, teachers use the individual approach, adjusting a system of «smart adaptation» for students with different physiological and psychological characteristics.
Modern educational institutions require qualified teachers who can provide the educational services of proper level. The problem of providing educational institutions with pedagogical staff has been relevant for a long time, till nowadays. It can be solved by a consecutive marketing program, elements of which can be found on the school websites. The author carried out a general analysis of the websites of Ukrainian schools (both public and private ones) and concluded that there is a solid lack of information, which should be aimed specifically for young graduates. The author believes that during the process of development of marketing program, the governance of schools ought to orientate it not only based on necessities of consumers of educational services, but also made it suitable for teachers who in future can apply for work in these institutions. According to the author, the pages of websites devoted to the personnel policy of schools should also contain the requirements to the possible candidates for vacant places in these institutions. It is also important to place the information about working conditions - material and technical support of the educational institution. This will allow young specialists to make conclusions about the possibility of realizing their knowledge and practical skills. The author believes that young specialists are interested in the information concerning the projects in which an educational institution is involved. Such information indicates the level of development of the institution and possible perspectives for its employees. The author suggests the use of the "reverse" orientation of the marketing activities of the school regarding employees, which will encourage its attractiveness for young professionals, and will also help the educational sphere in its competition for highly skilled workers.
Ukrainian producers, selecting a segment of consumers on the basis of religion, should estimate its capacity and growth prospects. Nowadays, the consumption of kosher products in the countries of the world continues to grow. However, the study of domestic market of kosher products in Ukraine raises the problem of its prospect for domestic producers. The analysis of articles dedicated to the kosher production in Ukraine allows us to identify a number of problems in this area. Based on data, collected in the process of secondary marketing research, the author has come to the conclusion that the number of Jews in Ukraine is decreasing, in the same time the tradition of purchasing kosher products by non-Jews has not been formed. The complexity of the requirements for the production technology, the problem of promotion of kosher products, the low purchasing power of the population of Ukraine allows the author to make the following conclusion: the domestic market of kosher products in Ukraine in the next decade will not be perspective. In this industry, producers should use local micromarketing focused on Jewish religious communities, Jewish educational institutions and Hasidic pilgrim groups. At the same time, the author believes that in the marketing activity the supporters of healthy eating are the most perspective group. The author also supports the thesis that the Ukrainian agrarian sector has natural competitive advantages and a large export potential in the production of kosher products.
