The role of parental involvement in the sense of home-based or school-based programs for supporting children’s early literacy development and education in the Greek state school context has not been well established. The ‘PIECE’ (Parental Involvement for the Engagement, Cooperation and Empowerment) program is a novel inclusion program implemented for a school year in a kindergarten in Northern Greece, which aims at enhancing parental involvement in a preschool foreign language learning setting. It targeted parents by including both school and home components with the ultimate purpose to support their role in improving preschoolers’ early foreign language (FL) literacy. This type of involvement was operationalized as partnership among the researchers, the school and the parents. More specifically, they were involved in school activities and meetings, while they also spent quality time with their children at home doing activities and utilizing digital educational materials to support preschoolers’ learning. The results obtained from questionnaires distributed to parents, the teacher/researcher’s journal and the focus group discussions indicated the importance of “parental” involvement for effective FL learning in the early years. Concluding, the findings suggest that parental involvement in early language learning projects contributes to the enhancement of young children’s oracy and literacy skills.
VUСA is a chaotic and rapidly changing business environment that, based on the variability, uncertainty, complexity and ambiguity of the modern world, transforms the approach of banks to the analysis of financial stability. The aim of the paper is to improve tools for monitoring the impact of VUCA-world conditions on the financial stability of banks, namely a model for studying and analyzing the impact of the modern business space “VUCA” on the financial stability of the country's banks. To test the model, the method of constructing regression equations in multifactor regression analysis is used. For this study, data from some Eastern European countries (Ukraine, Belarus, Latvia, Lithuania, Moldova) were used, and time series data were used for 10 years from 2010 to 2019.Having considered the definition of “VUCA-world conditions”, the model of modern business space “VUCA” was developed when analyzing the activity of banks in the studied countries. Drivers, consequences, requirements and macroeconomic indicators of the countries’ activities in the VUСA-world conditions are determined. The VUCA-world conditions also consider the study of key macroeconomic indicators that allow building long-term relationships throughout the value chain. The analysis of the studied Eastern European countries showed that with the increase of factors of GDP growth, GNI per capita growth, research and development costs, foreign direct investment, and net inflow of 1%, the effective ratio of bank capital and assets also increases. The assessment, in contrast to the existing ones, makes it possible to consider the impact of the macroeconomic environment of banks on their financial stability.

The need for stabilization and development of agro-industrial enterprises, especially of the poultry processing sector, market saturation with domestic and imported goods, Ukraine's entry to the WTO as well as increased consumer requirements for quality and safety of products increase competition in the market of poultry meat. This necessitates the implementation of modern technologies into the market behavior of enterprises processing poultry meat, and the elaboration and implementation of a strategy aimed at achieving their strong competitive advantages should be an integral condition for the development of the enterprise. Creation of competitive advantages is the purpose of the enterprise’s strategic management, the determining factor of increasing its competitiveness. For this purpose, domestic enterprises both in domestic and foreign markets need effective tools of strategic management, which are used in the process of building a scientifically based strategy to increase their competitiveness. Its development, taking into account the operating specifics and factors ensuring competitive advantages of enterprises processing poultry meat, requires a systematic reasoning for the choice of the mechanism of its formation. In literature on economics, considerable attention is given to the problems of securing the competitive advantages of enterprises. Important scientific contributions to the development of the theory and practice of competitiveness, as an element of the enterprise’s strategic management, was made by well-known foreign and domestic scientists, in particular G. Azoiev, S. Anokhin, O. Arfiev, I. Bily, I. Blank, Y. Brigkham, V. Vasylenko, O. Vykhansky, V. Ivanov, S. Kozlovsky, L. Kostyrko, S. Pokropyvny, M. Porter, R. Solow, A. Thompson, J. Schumpeter, A. Yudanov and others. To the study of theory, methodology and formation of strategies to achieve competitive advantages, especially in agricultural enterprises in the conditions of increased competition, are devoted works by T. Akymova, V. Andriychuk, L. Berezina, I. Vinichenko, O. Honcharenko, P. Makarenko, M. Malik, L. Melnyk, L. Marmul, L. Mykhailova, O. Oliynyk, P. Sabluk, O. Skydan, I. Cherven, O. Shpychak, O. Shubravska, O. Ulianchenko and others. However, the issues of a systematic approach to building a strategy to increase the competitiveness of agro-industrial enterprises remain insufficiently investigated, as well as the research into its role of ensuring sustainable development of business entities, the use of internal marketing tools for the development of a company’s key competencies, the development of management tools and effective ways of ensuring the effective managerial process, taking into account the specific economic activities of enterprises engaged in poultry meat processing. The above-mentioned necessitated a separate scientific research.
The article is devoted to the directions natural resources reserves formation basis on inclusive development of the territory. We consider the definition of natural resources reserve use, which unlike common understanding reserve includes the related services provided to meet the requirements of inclusive growth. The expediency of natural resources reserves use forming is considered on the example of therapeutic muds of the Kuyalnyk estuary. Today, there is a lack of funds for infrastructure development needs for state and communal enterprises that carry out their activities on the natural resources using. Such situation has developed at the state importance Kuyalnyk resort in Ukraine. Having all the natural importance competitive advantages the implementation of health activities using the therapeutic mud of the Kuyalnyk estuary, economic activity in the area is declining due to lack of funds for infrastructure development. The problem solution is possible through the natural resources reserves formation for their further use on inclusive development base. The option principle can apply in reserves of use formation, which makes it possible to calculate the break-even point. It is also necessary to pay attention to the standards for calculating tax liabilities and their further redistribution to the needs of territorial development.
