The article examines the evolution of the concept of sustainable development and the implementation of its principles at different levels of government in Ukraine. It is proved that decentralization is an instrument of realization of the state policy to ensure sustainable development of territorial communities. The territorial community is seen as a complex dynamic weakly structured self-regulating system. The task of management of sustainable development of the territorial community, based on the tasks and principles of decentralization, is proposed.
The problematic aspects of the financial and credit mechanism of business activity are considered. Some factors of formation of financial interrelations at the micro level and their interaction at the macro level are investigated. The problem areas of entrepreneurship are emphasized. The systemic factors of sources of financial resources in the business sector are generalized. Attention is paid to the need to develop and improve the financial subsystem of entrepreneurial activity. Peculiarities of supporting potential innovative implementation are investigated.
The article proves that modern tools for data analysis and visualization can reduce resources for the study of scientific information. Software tools for Big Data processing and visualization (Google Data Studio, Power BI, ChartBlocks, Tableau, Plotly, Infogram, DataDeck) were analyzed, which will simplify and improve the processes of processing and visualization of scientific research results.
