Conditions of functioning of enterprises in the agrarian sector have been analyzed. It has been proved that cooperation and integration are a basis for the development of the agro-industrial complex. Necessity of developing the models of forming and managing integration processes of enterprises of the agrarian sphere has been substantiated. The use of a multiagent approach to the study of agricultural servicing cooperatives has been proposed. The developed models of social and economic systems can serve as a tool for their optimization. Such indicators as stability of the system, competitive reliability have been used. Approaches to determining the optimal potential of the system, strategies for its management have been substantiated. Based on these approaches, a model of the optimal policy for updating equipment has been determined
Development of an Agro-Food complex on the basis of economic integrationThe agro-food complex combines agriculture, food-processing industry and agricultural trade. It has been established that integration is an effective tool for formation and functioning of this complex. However, due to the unstable political and economic situation in recent years, there is a decrease in production of certain types of food in Ukraine. A vertically integrated structure which looks like a two-tier hierarchical structure has been studied. The purpose of its functioning is profit maximization at the expense of the synergetic effect, resource saving, etc. Under strict vertical integration, profit distribution can be made on the basis of distribution mechanisms of scarce resources, using priorities where expenses of enterprises can be considered a priority. The problem of formation of an effective vertically integrated structure can be brought to solving the issue of the smallest covering of a set. It has been proved that a boundary value of an index of vertical integration is determined by a share of energy resources in the process of production and the potential of their production. In Ukraine, the use of biogas complexes can provide growth of the mentioned index to 0.25. This corresponds to the ratio of energy resources in the crop production cost structure.
The article studies methodological approaches for strategizing innovative ecosystems of sustainable development in old industrial areas. Research methodology. When conducting the research, there were used the approaches for general scientific methods of research, analysis, project management and project approach of strategizing innovative ecosystems of sustainable development in old industrial areas. The results. There were studied the problems of developing scientific-theoretical and methodological approaches for substantiating the application of the project approach as a necessary and effective tool for strengthening the implementation of the processes for strategizing innovative ecosystems of sustainable development in old industrial areas. The application of the project approach as a methodological tool for strategizing innovative ecosystems for the sustainable development in old industrial areas is conceptually substantiated based on the results of the analysis for interdisciplinary nature in the development of institutional environment, the implementation of smart specialization in the region and the existing industrial potential development in old industrial areas, taking into account the influence of market and technological transformations. Practical significance of research results. The developed conceptual approaches for using the project approach of strategizing innovative ecosystems for sustainable development of industrial regions based on applied aspects of project management can be used in projects (project programs) of sustainable development of regions with a focus on ensuring the conditions allowing the region to form resources for these development goals.
The article examines the evolution of the concept of sustainable development and the implementation of its principles at different levels of government in Ukraine. It is proved that decentralization is an instrument of realization of the state policy to ensure sustainable development of territorial communities. The territorial community is seen as a complex dynamic weakly structured self-regulating system. The task of management of sustainable development of the territorial community, based on the tasks and principles of decentralization, is proposed.
This article focuses on the current trends in accommodation industry development in European countries through the study of satisfaction with tourists’ increasing demand for accommodation. The total number of tourist nights spent at accommodation establishments continues to increase. Nevertheless, the growth of this indicator is significantly different across both regions and accommodation activity types. Moreover, the decrease in the number of tourist nights spent due to the impact of crises and destructive factors also varies. Based on the results of a data analysis of the Eurostat online database, we found that the number of beds at the accommodation establishments is not a key factor that determines the number of tourist nights spent. This finding represents the importance for the development strategy of considering not only the capacity of accommodation establishments, but also the variety of accommodation activity types. The data analysis of some countries’ cases points out that even a less robust accommodation industry has opportunities to develop in a difficult and uncertain period. This study result has practical applications in an effective development strategy particularly in a time of crisis.
