The problematics of employers’ participation in assessing the effectiveness of the functioning of the system of ensuring by higher education institutions of the educational activities’ quality and higher education quality is researched in the article. The article highlights the features of using the survey method to obtain information about the level of higher education quality, as well as the results of analyzing the content of questionnaires and interviewing employers regarding the level of responsibility of individual stakeholders in implementing reforms of the assurance system of higher education quality. The article suggests ways to improve the state policy on ensuring the quality of higher education at the University and state levels.
Presented paper deals with the topic of preventive maintenance of an power equipment of typical agricultural enterprises. A decision support method was designed, incorporating the analysis of annual schedules of load diagrams of the typical agricultural enterprises and the planning of preventive maintenance of the power equipment with month priority during which maximal consumption of electric energy take place. The correction of typical load diagrams on the basis of the fact sheet about electric loading of the consumer is possible. The designed method optimizes maintenance costs without supplementary investment and running costs. An algorithm of the designed method is offered and a case study of its implementation is described in the paper.
Purpose. Perfection of motivational mathematical model for improvement of power supply quality with using of the oneway Analysis of Variance for realization in system of automated management of the regulated company for power distribution. methodology. A oneway Analysis of Variance of the SAIDI data of reports of subdivisions of the regulated company for power distribution for estimation of the importance of influence of these subdivisions on power supply continuity is applied. findings. We have the generalized and adjusted ratios, which allow determining the factor of stimulation of achievement of the best results of activity on power supply continuousness with subdivisions of the regulated company for power distribution. The incentive scheme for improving these subdivisions for power distribution is improved. Key indicators of power supply quality for annual estimation of results of activity of subdivisions of regulated companies for power transfer and power supply are determined. originality. A motivational mathematical model of amelioration of power supply quality by generalization and accurate defini tion of formulas for calculation of the factor of stimulation of achievement of the best results of activity of subdivisions of the regu lated company is improved. Practical value. The improvement of the motivational model of amelioration of power supply quality will allow using it more effectively in the automated management system of the regulated company for power distribution.
