The relevance of the study is due to the need to find ways to ensure high-quality interaction between a doctor and a patient in the context of a medical professional's communicative tolerance. The purpose of the study was to determine the psychological characteristics of the interpersonal relationship between a doctor and his/her patients. The basis of the theoretical and methodological approach was a qualitative combination of methods of structural and functional analysis of the problem of psychological training of medical professionals and analytical research on the formation of constructive relationships between doctor and patient. Several surveys were conducted on the tolerance of healthcare professionals and their emotional well-being in the context of individual psychological characteristics. The results are presented, which reflect the methods of doctor's influence on the psychological state of the patient and his/her family. The question of how trust in a doctor and his/her professional competences is formed is highlighted. The problem of ethical principles, professional motivation of medical professionals and the specifics of their communication in the team are revealed. The subjective feelings of doctors about the work they do are revealed. The issues of modernization of medical education and digitalization of services are revealed. The conditions, components, and approaches to effective interaction between doctor and patient in the healthcare system are identified. The problems of developing diagnostic tools for assessing the psychological state of a medical professional in his/her professional activity are detailed. An experiment was conducted to substantiate the need to implement programmes to improve the communication skills of healthcare professionals, including interns and nurses. The practical value of the results of the research work is the possibility of using the outlined approach to improve the methods of improving the communication competencies of doctors in their professional activities

Considering the challenges of the present, contemporary universities pay significant attention to providing an effective electronic environment. Such an environment creates all the necessary conditions for multifaceted students' activities, with a predominant emphasis on scientific activities. It is precisely this factor that defines the relevance of the researched issue. The objective of the scientific search was to facilitate the implementation of reflective practices by undergraduate students and graduates in order to determine the key indicators of their scientific work throughout their e-learning experience. The following research methods were used: analysis, synthesis, specification, systematization, and generalization of scientific data regarding the specifics of students' scientific work during e-learning; analysis of the reflection papers written by the university students titled: "My Scientific Work During University Years: What It Was Like"; mathematical calculations of the results. Therefore, scientific work conducted under conditions of e-learning revealed a range of indicators (15 items in total) in students' self-analysis, including 12 positive indicators and 3 negative ones. The specified indicators should be considered in the organization of various forms of scientific students' work in the university educational environment. The prospects for further research are seen in the clarification of the influence of online form of education on the students' independent work.

The need to study the methods and technologies used to assess the level of educational services is primarily due to constant transformations in educational processes, improvement of the system of criteria used to rank higher education institutions. The purpose of this study was to analyse the tools used to assess the performance of higher education institutions in the context of international standardization of educational processes. The main methods used in the study were statistical analysis, comparative and contrastive and analytical and synthetic methods. The comparative and contrastive analysis revealed that research activities were among the main indicators that influenced the creation of the rankings: Times Higher Education University Impact Rankings (60%), TOP-200 Ukraine (42%), Perspektywy (42%), and prestige and reputation: QS World University Rankings (40%), Times Higher Education University Impact Rankings (30%), TOP-200 Ukraine (12%). The methods used to create the rankings included statistical, pedagogical analysis, analytical and synthetic methods, and surveys. To create the Ukrainian ranking, 6 international (Webometrics, Scopus, Times Higher Education World University Rankings, Times Higher Education University Impact Rankings, UniRank, QS World University Rankings) and 4 national (participation in research project competitions, number of patents received, awards for young scientists, the ratio between the number of applications and the competition score) indicators were used. The Polish ranking was based on 29 indicators divided into groups: prestige, scientific effectiveness, scientific strength, scientific and educational potential, internationalization, graduates on the labour market, innovation, study conditions, and economic cooperation. In Poland, there was a balance between international and national criteria, while in Ukraine, about 70% of international criteria and 30% of national criteria were used. This work can be used in the future to improve national and international systems for assessing the quality of higher education, and to develop a unified mechanism for creating ratings
