The purpose of the article is to study the activities of festivals of spiritual songs in the context of the development of the musical culture of Ukraine in the late twentieth – early twentieth century. The methodology is based on historical and culturological approaches. A systematic method is also used to characterize festivals of the Orthodox music tradition in their connection with other components of culture; socio-cultural method – in the study of socio-cultural components of the artistic phenomenon of the festival. The scientific novelty of the work is that for the first time the activity of festivals of Orthodox sacred music as a new phenomenon in the musical culture of Ukraine is comprehensively analyzed. Conclusions. The emergence and active functioning of festivals of spiritual songs is one of the leading trends in the development of Orthodox musical culture in Ukraine. The ideological direction of the festivals is primarily of religious content, and, in addition to overcoming the negative trends in the field of culture, their leading function is the revival of orthodox traditions. Festivals of sacred music in Ukraine currently perform two main functions: educational and cultural. They contribute to the revival of the traditions of orthodox musical culture; demonstrate the traditions of orthodoxy in modern socio-cultural conditions; revive centuries-old traditions of spiritual choral singing of Ukraine; revive centuries-old traditions of spiritual choral singing of Ukraine.
The purpose of the article is to consider the Orthodox church music as a part of Ukrainian festivals of academic music at the end of the ХХth – the beginning of the ХХІst century. Research methodology. To achieve the goals of the research, the authors have used historical and cultural approaches. The systemic method has been used to characterise musical festivals in their relation to other components of culture. Sociocultural method enabled studying sociocultural components of the artistic phenomenon of the festival. Scientific novelty of the research lies in the first attempt to comprehensively analyse the Orthodox church music as a constituent of the most prestigious Ukrainian music festivals at the end of the ХХth – the beginning of the ХХІst century. Conclusions. Church music is an essential part at the end of the ХХth – the beginning of the ХХІst century. Ukrainian academic music festivals. During the festivals, the audience may feel music-historical singing range and wide stylistic contrasts, in particular a combination of traditions and innovations. The authors state that academic music festivals not only perform important social functions, presentation and popularization of church music by contemporary Ukrainian composers, but also play an important role in revival and conservation of Ukrainian cultural heritage.

У статті проаналізовано нормативно-правові акти регулювання міжнародного авторського права зокрема в мережі Інтернет. Поява всесвітньої мережі Інтернет актуалізувала питання захисту захистити автором власних прав в Інтернеті, тому окремий наголос зроблено на проблемах охорони й захисту прав інтелектуальної власності в сучасних умовах розвитку інформаційного суспільства. Наведено основні способи порушення авторських прав в кіберпросторі (літературні твори; музичні твори; драматичні твори; живописні, графічні та скульптурні твори; кіно та інші аудіовізуальні твори; звукозаписи) і надано рекомендації щодо запобігання порушенням авторських прав. Встановлено, що чинне законодавство України не регулює захист авторських прав у мережі Інтернет. Описано деякі ефективні стратегії запобігання порушенням прав авторів та зазначено правові інструменти, доступні для захисту захищеного авторським правом контенту в Інтернеті.
