The isochoric thermal conductivity of solid CO was investigated in three samples
of different densities in the interval from 35 K to the onset of melting. In
α-CO the temperature dependence of the isochoric thermal conductivity is significantly
weaker than ; in β-CO it increases slightly with temperature. A quantitative description of the experimental
results is given within the Debye model of thermal conductivity in the approximation of the
corresponding relaxation times and which allows for the fact that the mean-free path
of phonons cannot become smaller than half the phonon wavelength. On this
consideration the heat is transported by both phonons and ‘diffusive’ modes.
In this article, we present the results of simulation for cryptocurrency market based on fractal and entropy analysis using six cryptocurrencies in the first 20 of the capitalization rating. The application of the selected research methods is based on an analysis of existing methodologies and tools of economic and mathematical modeling of financial markets. It has been shown that individual methods are not relevant because they do not provide an adequate assessment of the given market, so an integrated approach is the most appropriate. Daily values of cryptocurrency pairs from August 2016 to August 2020 selected by the monitoring and modelling database. The application of fractal analysis led to the conclusion that the time series of selected cryptocurrencies were persistent. And the use of the window procedure for calculating the local Hurst coefficient allowed to detail and isolate the persistant and antipersistant gaps. Interdisciplinary methods, namely Tsallis entropy and wavelet entropy, are proposed to complement the results. The results of the research show that Tsallis entropy reveals special (crisis) conditions in the cryptocurrency market, despite the nature of the crises’ origin. Wavelet entropy is a warning indicator of crisis phenomena. It provides additional information on a small scale.
Thermal conductivity of solid furan has been measured at isochoric conditions in the high-temperature orientationally-disordered phase I for samples of different densities. Our isochoric data show a gradual increase of Λ V with temperature whereas isobaric thermal conductivity goes down in this temperature range. The above effect is most clearly expressed in furan, where the atoms in the ring plane are not equivalent, as compared with earlier studied C 6 H 6 and C 6 H 12 . The increase of Λ V with temperature can be attributed to weakening of the translational-orientational interaction which, in turn, leads to a decrease of phonon scattering on rotational excitations. The experimental data are described in terms of a modified Debye model of thermal conductivity with allowance for heat transfer by both low-frequency phonons and -diffuse‖ modes.PACS: 66.70.+f Nonelectronic thermal conduction and heat-pulse propagation in solids; thermal waves.
This paper describes development of architecture for integrated informational Web-based etrading business process management system. An approach is justified for formation of embedded informational system architecture based on typical IT solutions. A Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) using Enterprise Service Bus (ESB) concept is offered for architectural implementation of the Web-based system. Typical informational systems that belong to the Websystem are used as services. The web-services implement SOAP protocol based on WSDL (Web Services Description Language) and UDDI (Universal Description, Discovery and Integration) specifications. Application of ESB and SOA provides scalability of Web-based etrading management system, possibility for their enhancement and upgrading. The principle of basic architecture of Internet has been implemented in the architecture of integrated trading informational system taking into account transition to informational level.
This paper presents the results of the development of an information system for assessing environmental-economic regional development based on the joint using the factor analysis and expert evaluations. As tools for the implementation of the Web-application were selected: database MySQL and the software part Microsoft Silverlight. Software implementation of the method of calculating integrated indicators of environmental-economic development is carried out in the C # programming language. The Web-application is designed to work with three groups of users (administrators, data editors and regular users) and provides access to controls depending on the level of access of a particular user. The developed information system allows analyzing regional development, identifying the causes of positive and negative trends, determining the list of the most important environmental and economic indicators to focus on and build regional development strategies.
Abstract:The isochoric thermal conductivity of an orientationally-disordered phase of CCl 4 is analysed within a model in which heat is transferred by phonons and above the phonon mobility edge by "diffusive" modes migrating randomly from site to site. The mobility edge ω 0 is found from the condition that the phonon mean-free path cannot become smaller than half the phonon wavelength. The contributions of phonon-phonon, one-, and two-phonon scattering to the total thermal resistance of solid CCl 4 are calculated under the assumption that the different scattering mechanisms contribute additively. An increase in the isochoric thermal conductivity with temperature is explained by suppression of phonon scattering at rotational excitations due to a decrease in correlation in the rotation of neighbouring molecules.
scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
