In the article on the basis of analysis of such concepts as information, informative and informatics processes, system and technology, and competences, the definitions of "information and communication competence" and "informatics competence " are specified. It is determined the structure and place of such competences in the system of professional- specialized competence of informatics teacher. New determination of concept "information and communication technologies" is offered.
The article substantiates the need to develop and implement a distance course “Cloud technologies in the educational process in quarantine”. It is noted that the purpose of the course was to acquaint teachers of general secondary education institutions, college teachers, vocational and higher education institutions with the basic possibilities of using cloud technologies to ensure the educational process in distance learning. The list of topics with which the students get acquainted is given: basic concepts, models of cloud services, architecture and proposals from leading cloud services companies; cloud services in the work of the teacher, the peculiarities of working with mail; cloud storage as an alternative to replacing conventional drives; opportunities to create documents with the provision of sharing rights to multiple users; opportunities to create Internet surveys using cloud technologies; opportunities to create presentations using cloud technologies; cloud-based means of creating smart maps; means of creating sites; cloud-based learning management systems (for example, Google Classroom). The peculiarities of the proposed distance course and the difficulties that the students had in performing certain tasks are identified and described. The statistical results of the course are given.
The article is devoted to the systematization of experience in the deployment, maintenance and servicing of the private academic cloud. The article contains model of the authors’ cloud infrastructure. It was developed at Ternopil Volodymyr Hnatiuk National Pedagogical University (Ukraine) on the basis of the Apache CloudStack platform. The authors identify the main tasks for maintaining a private academic cloud. Here they are making changes to the cloud infrastructure; maintenance of virtual machines (VM) to determine the performance and migration of VM instances; work with VMs; backup of all cloud infrastructure. The analysis of productivity and providing students with computing resources is carried out. The main types of VM used in training are given. The number and characteristics of VM that can be served by a private academic cloud are calculated. Approaches and schemes for performing backup are analysed. Some theoretical and practical experience of using cloud services to perform backup has been studied. Several scripts have been developed for archiving the platform database and its repositories. They allow you to upload backups to the Google Drive cloud service. The performance of these scripts for the author’s deployment of private cloud infrastructure was evaluated.
У статті висвітлені сучасний стан і перспективи розвитку досліджень проблем інформатизації освіти України. Визначено, що вказані питання тісно пов’язані з певними науково-методичними підходами до оцінювання якості, добору і застосування електронних засобів і ресурсів навчального призначення, інформаційно-технологічних платформ їх реалізації. Виявлено міжнародні тенденції розвитку досліджень у сфері стандартизації й оцінювання якості засобів інформаційно-комунікаційних технологій в освіті. Окреслено перспективи використання технології хмарних обчислень як платформи інформатизації сучасних освітніх систем. Обґрунтовано актуальність проведення дослідження «Система психолого-педагогічних вимог до засобів інформаційно-комунікаційних технологій навчального призначення» у контексті проблем інформатизації сучасної освіти.
The article presents the experience of using electronic open access systems for information and analytical support of pedagogical research, which positively influences the quality of scientific research. A well-founded system of information and analytical support of pedagogical research based on electronic open access systems corresponds to the scientific and pedagogical needs for implementation: the publication, dissemination and use of information resources. The use of this system will improve the quality of scientific and pedagogical research conducted at the institutions of the National Academy of Educational Sciences of Ukraine, and will effectively implement their results in the scientific and educational sphere of Ukraine. The model of information and analytical support of scientific research is substantiated and developed. Specific features of the functioning of the prototype of an electronic scientific journal on the platform of open journal systems are determined. The stages of implementation of the prototype on the platform of open journal systems that can be used by scientific institutions and higher educational institutions for the publication of scientific professional journals and collections are described.
