Demographic, economic and cultural changes increase energy consumption in the housing sector and cause even higher levels of the related greenhouse gas emissions. The goal of this work is to identify opportunities for developing renewable energy sources (RES) in the housing sector to improve its energy efficiency. The results of the study show that the construction industry, and especially the housing sector, can save more energy as compared to other types of the energy use. RES are important in reducing CO 2 emissions in the housing sector and in improving the energy efficiency of buildings. In recent years, the production and consumption of energy from renewable sources in the housing sector have increased. However, the main volume of energy consumption in buildings is provided by fossil fuels. The main barriers to the introduction of renewable energy in the DNC housing system are financial ones, as well as logistical problems of biomass transportation and storage. To reduce these barriers, the authors offer a number of measures, including the governmental support for the use of renewable energy in the systems of heat supply and cooling of buildings, as well as the creation of storage facilities for renewable energy. The system of encouraging the use of RES applied in Denmark, which is the world leader according to the use of renewable energy in the housing construction, is considered as an example.
Abstract. In article the author studies the conceptual scheme of life cycle of innovative developer project and offers methods of innovative projects' management according to the stages of its lifecycle. The author describes algorithm of the organization of management system of innovative projects in the developer organization representing set of stages and methods. The offered algorithm allows developer organizations achieve one of the main of their objectives, which is the creation of a special environment of comfortable accommodation with the emphasis on ecological compatibility and energy efficiency.
Abstract.In article the organization of system of innovative management in developer companies is considered, taking into account specifics of their innovative activity. The author offers the schematic diagram of the organization of system of innovative management as one of functional elements of a general management system of the organization. The offered scheme of system of innovative management along with the solution of general tasks allows solving specific managerial problems when planning innovations, their ranging on activities of the organization, risk analysis of their implementation, and also determination of methods and directions of management of innovative projects.
Urban construction is the direction of construction in which innovative technologies and products are especially actively used and implemented. In particular, the choice of heat-insulating materials is of considerable interest to construction companies. In article main types of heat-insulating materials, first of all, innovative, are considered, their comparative characteristic is given, assessment of efficiency of their use at implementation of projects of urban construction is carried out.
