The article is devoted to the issues of increasing the efficiency of personnel recruitment in the personnel management system of IT enterprises. The key performance indicators of the recruitment department are substantiated, such as: the number of closed vacancies, the speed of closing vacancies, the quality of closing vacancies, the cost of closing vacancies and feedback from both candidates and managers (customers). The influence of social networks on the activities of recruiters is analyzed - a factor that influenced hiring more than it seems at first glance.
In recent decades, in world and domestic science there has been an increased interest in the study of problems that are somehow related to the phenomenon of the image of the educational institution. The growing interest in these issues is understandable for the following reasons. There is a formation of new socio-economic conditions of the organization, reforming the education system, globalization of the market of educational services and as a consequence of increased competition. The level of values that previously guided consumers of educational services is also changing. Which in turn affects the formation and development of the educational institution, as well as creates a need for effective image management of the organization. In this regard, each educational institution faces the task of maintaining autonomy and increasing educational potential through the use of modern management technologies. One of the important factors influencing the formation of the preferences of the target audience is the image of the educational institution. Due to the fact that intangible factors and tools are becoming increasingly important, they influence the choice of potential consumers of the educational institution. The article considers the main definitions of the concept of the image of the educational institution, its components, the impact of the image on the competitiveness of the educational institution and the main problems in image formation. Ways to improve the image in relation to the external and internal environment of the school are summarized.
Abstract: Public procurement has two main objectives. On the one hand, competitive procedures are designed to ensure maximum efficiency in meeting the needs of budgetary institutions, on the other hand, cost savings are in the vast majority of cases the main criterion for the effectiveness of purchases. Actual is the development of tools that would allow for scenario-based modeling of procurement using economic-mathematical, in particular imitation, experimental models. The purpose of the study was to develop an experimental model that allows to increase the effectiveness of the contract system in the field of public procurement of goods, works, services through reengineering of processes related to procurement activities and conducting scenario experiments. The proposed experimental model with the help of the developed interface allows you to visually monitor the progress of its implementation, and also allows to conduct a series of experiments to test the model in the implementation of various options for effects on the contract system in the procurement.
During the quarantine period, due to the threat and spread of coronavirus, both in Ukraine and in the world, the issue of food security arose. In the context of changing export policy, international organizations were the first to sound the alarm. Frightened by the photos with empty shelves in the markets, Ukrainians also began to ask about the possibilities of providing the necessary in the future. As countries take action to end the growing COVID-19 pandemic, extreme caution should be exercised and the potential impact on food supply and unexpected consequences for global trade and food security should be minimized. In order to protect the health and well-being of their citizens, countries must ensure that no trade measures disrupt the food supply chain. The article highlights the basic concepts of food security, its components and the impact of quarantine on food security. The subject of the article is the food security of Ukraine, the state, problems after the introduction of quarantine measures. The purpose of the article is to analyze food security before and after the implementation of quarantine measures, problems and identify ways and methods to solve them.
Based on the analysis of the world practice of the State regulation of investment activity in agriculture, the article sets priorities that include the development of a regulatory framework, formation of international and the State investment programs, accumulation of investment resources and financing of specific agricultural investment projects. Normative-legal regulation of investment activity in agriculture is analyzed based on consideration of aggregate measures carried out by public authorities, adoption and implementation of legal acts in accordance with institutional powers. The legal basis of this process is the Laws of Ukraine, decrees of the President of Ukraine, resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine, orders and directives of the relevant government institutions. For their analysis, a historical digression was made and the evolution of the formation of the normative-legal mechanism of the State regulation of investment activity in agriculture, in particular by periodizing this process, was revealed. The separation of five stages of formation of the normative-legal mechanism of the State regulation of investment activity in agriculture allowed to pay more attention to qualitative changes in agrarian policy, gradual introduction of private land ownership, regulation of agricultural land use. The necessity of further improvement of the legal framework of investment activity in agriculture as an effective factor in the formation of a favorable investment climate and the implementation of relevant activities is substantiated. In this context, the significance of the adoption by the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine of the Law "On Amendments to Certain Legislative Acts of Ukraine Concerning the Conditions of Circulation of Agricultural Land" and its alleged introduction of market circulation of agricultural land is revealed. It should be expected that the practical implementation of its provisions will help attract long-term lending to agricultural production and significantly expand investment activities.
