Abstract: The cyberculture, culture that has resized the spaces sociotechnical contemporaries, has ramifications for Education and for the formative human processes. In this scenario, in which multiple media are thought to plural pedagogical designs, becomes inevitable search for clues about the direction of training in contemporary Education. This article -clipping a search defended in academic Master's, 2013 and part (subproject 3) a research funded by FAPEMIG (2015) -, focuses on the ways of formation and human subjectivity in digital culture from the ideas of twelve study subjects, which are researcher and references in the field of cyberculture in Brazil. The data of the research were produced in integrated interviews structured, carried out partially in person and online. The interviewed produced data -through the genealogical approach based in Nietzsche, articulated to a discourse analysis from Foucault -the focus of this research: "as the researchers, who study on the cyberculture, understand the sense of training and the process of subjectivation of adult subjects, in formal education, in the midst of the digital culture?". The results indicate, among other things, the implications of public policies, new paradigms and methodologies to think open formations, collaborative, coauthoring, dialogical, lastly, training(s) in ontological sense.
