The Research is devoted to the study of the effect of the biologically active additive “Dihydroquercetin” in the compound feed on the indicators of meat productivity of broiler chickens. The results show that the increase in live weight of chickens that received dihydroquercetin in addition to the main ration was ahead of their control peers by 11,91-32,78 %. During the 40-day period of growing broilers, in the experimental groups with the addition of dihydroquercetin, they had a live weight of 15,22-50,51% more. From the beginning of fattening to the age of 40 days, the absolute and average daily growth rates showed a steady upward trend, then there was a decrease in the growth rate of chickens. The greatest effectiveness of the drug was noted at the beginning of the experiment, which indicates a positive corrective effect of the antioxidant on metabolism and an increase in the level of assimilation processes in the body of broilers. Up to 10 days of age, the chickens of the experimental groups receiving dihydroquercetin had higher relative growth rates, which obviously characterizes their better adaptation to the conditions of the experiment. The magnitude and nature of changes in the relative increase in live weight of broilers with longer cultivation up to 60 days of age indicate its inexpediency-even when using the drug dihydroquercetin, due to the unprofitability of its further use, and the lack of recoupment of costs for the purchase. In general, the higher studied indicators during the experiment were observed in broiler chickens of the III-IV experimental groups, the best result was shown in the group of birds receiving dihydroquercetin Supplement at the level of 1 g/100 g of feed, which allows us to consider it optimal.
The research is devoted to the study of the influence of the modern antioxidant of the flavonoid group ‘Dihydroquercetin’ as part of the feed combination on the hematological profile and biochemical parameters of the blood of broiler chickens of the KOBB-500 cross. The content of hemoglobin and erythrocytes in the blood of broilers receiving dihydroquercetin increased, which indicates an increase in the intensity of redox processes in the body. The number of leukocytes in all groups was normal, but in the experimental groups their decrease was noted, which indicates the therapeutic and immunostimulating effect of the drug. Evaluation of protein metabolism by the content of total protein and the fraction of albumin in the blood serum showed its positive dynamics within the normal physiological values, which characterizes an increase in the intensity of assimilation processes in the bird’s body. The metabolism of carbohydrates was assessed by the content of glucose in it, and a decrease in its level indicates its increased consumption as an energy component for metabolic processes associated with intensive growth of chickens. An increase in the activity of alkaline phosphatase by 1.3-1.8 times is associated with the active growth of chickens.
The purpose of researches is the effectiveness of the use of dihydroquercetin bioflavonoid in comparison with other natural antioxidants in the recipe of semi-finished products from broiler chicken meat, which testifies to its high biological activity, positive influence on the quality characteristics and yield of the finished products, without reducing their organoleptic characteristics was studied. For achievement of a goal addition of antioxidants is provided in control specimens. we conducted laboratory researches on definition of the main physical and chemical, structural and mechanical and functional running characteristics on raw materials. Change of content of the main feedstuffs naturally affected the caloric content of test pieces. In connection with decrease in contents in them in fat and protein, the caloric content of forcemeats of the test pieces containing antioxidants decreased on average by 12,49%, relative to a control. In researches it is objective established that addition of antioxidants, promotes increase in processing and consumer properties of the finished product.
Animals of control groups received a diet with the maintenance of 3,5% of fat according to the detailed norms of feeding. Increase in level of fat in diets of analogs II and III groups up to 4, 5 and 5, 4% of its nonvolatile solid was carried out at the expense of the sunflower-seed oil entered into a diet by interfusing with concentrated compound feed. Zootechnical, hematological and biochemical researches were conducted with use of the practical standards. In this article the expediency of optimization of level of crude fat in diets of high-yield cows of golshtinsky breed is experimentally proved. It improves a condition of proteometabolism in their organism what the positive nitrogen balance, increase in extent of its deduction in a body and uses on formation of milk to testifies. Thus, strengthening of lipids in nonvolatile solid of diets of the high-yield lactating cows renders particular and, in general, positive influence on key indicators of nitrogenous metabolism in their organism.
