порівняльне дослідження целюлазної та ксиланазної активностей 16 ендофітних і ґрунтових штамів Penicillium funiculosum. Методи. Об'єктами досліджень були 16 ендофітних і ґрунтових штамів P. funiculosum з колекції культур мікроскопічних грибів відділу фізіології та систематики мікроміцетів Інституту мікробіології і вірусології ім. Д.К. Заболотного НАН України. Целюлазну та ксиланазну активності визначали за величиною зони ферментативної активності на агаризованих середовищах з розчинними целюлозними (Na-КМЦ) і геміцелюлозними (ксилан) субстратами, розраховували ензиматичний індекс (ЕІ). Результати. Усі досліджені штами P. funiculosum, незалежно від джерела виділення, здатні гідролізувати Na-КМЦ та буковий ксилан. Вперше для характеристики целюлазної і ксиланазної активностей штамів P. funiculosum з різних еконіш розраховано ензиматичний індекс. Встановлено, що целюлазна активність ендофітних штамів P. funiculosum була помірною, у ґрунтових ізолятів-від низької до високої. Ендофіти проявили низьку та помірну ксиланазну активність, у той час як ґрунтові характеризувались виключно високою активністю. Висновки. Встановлено, що ендофітні та ґрунтові штами P. funiculosum здатні гідролізувати Na-КМЦ і буковий ксилан, причому ендофіти характеризувались помірною целюлазною активністю, а у ґрунтових штамів її рівень був від низького до високого. Ксиланазна активність ендофітів була низькою, а у ґрунтових ізолятів-виключно високою. Отримані експериментальні дані можуть бути основою для пояснення ендофітного способу існування P. funiculosum в рослині, а також пошуку продуцентів комплексів гідролітичних ферментів для сучасних біотехнологій.
