Binary classification offers the procedure of identification of more significant x i diagnostic features (order parameters) for the systems being in different conditions and divided by a neural emulator. Ranking of x i is realized by many repetitions (p > 100) of problem solving of binary classification by a neural emulator at initial set of feature weights w j io where j is an iteration number (i = 1, 2 ... p) from the interval (0, 1) with an uniform distribution. Accuracy of identification increases by increased p (p > 1 000, p > 10 4), that is demonstrated on parameters of cardiovascular system of groups of people working at night shifts.
In the 15-th measured phase space of states (m=15) the motion of the state vector in female – representatives of aboriginal (khanty) and non-aboriginal population of Ugra was studied. The parameters xi of the cardiovascular system of groups of women of three ages were ranged bounding volumes VG phase space of states, which are defined as quasi-attractor. These volumes VG determined and compared to the khanty and non-aboriginal population, thus establishing the fun-damental differences in the dynamics of VG: if the natives give almost exponential decrease VG, then it´s population in the age aspect demonstrates a parabolic relationship with at least middle age. It is assumed that a parabola cannot contribute to prolongation of life in general and an increase in the length of the working-age women of Ugra.
Climatic and ecological environmental factors constitute the objective and subjective sides of life quality. The influence of weather and climate for health is very important. As the complex system is considered a model of 3-dimensional phase space, a box, inside of this is a quasi-attractor behavior parameters of meteo environment. The paper deals with the comparative analysis of the dynamics of meteorological factors of environment in the phase space of states in the framework of the theory of chaos and stochastic laws. The authors used their own program on the example of two territorial zones - an average strip of Russia and the Northern territory (n. Nizhnesortymsky Khanty-Ugra). It is important to note that the air temperature as an essential feature, it is practically not manifested itself in assessing the importance of parameters for Samara in contrast to Nizhnesortymsk. The used method allowed to determine the parameters of the order and to their ranking and to identify the most important characteristics in a comparative perspective the two territorial zones. It was postulated the equality between weather a climate parameters and cardio-vascular system parameter. It is postulated that the dynamics of meteorological parameters is similar to the dynamics of the cardiovascular system.
Revealing the regularities of human cardiovascular system’s parameters in the North can significantly affect the ongoing efforts to increase the working age and duration of life of inhabitants of Ugra. The work addresses important aspects of the state of cardiovascular system in different age groups. An increase in activity of the sympathetic autonomic system status with age in aboriginal and alien population, but individual components (cardiointervals) in the two groups behave differently. If quasiattractors demonstrate exponential type of dynamics of their size (area) in Khanty, then the non-indigenous population observed parabolic type of changes of the area of quasiattractors.
