We present experimental evidence for a dramatic suppression of the phononic thermal conductivity of rare earth and Sr doped La 2 CuO 4 . Remarkably, this suppression correlates with the occurrence of superconductivity. Conventional models for the phonon heat transport fail to explain these results. In contrast, a straightforward explanation is possible in terms of static and dynamic stripe correlations of holes and spins.

The diagonalization of Hermitian quadratic boson operators is studied in the equation of motion approach. The existence of a canonical transformation that diagonalizes such operators is discussed and an algorithm is sketched.
The reputational risk and the operational development are two concepts of great relevance in an entity. The purpose of this investigation is to make an analysis of the effects in the operational results and in the reputational risk suffered by one of the national companies which made a collusive agreements so as to acquire a favored place in the market. This study will specifically focus on the company CMPC S.A. Moreover, as a documental cutoff date, the month of September 2016, was determined. The used methodology consists of a holistic case study, of instrumental nature under a qualitative approach, with a documental cutoff period until September 2016. On the one hand, from this investigation it can be concluded that the case of collusion did not have any repercussion for the company´s operational development. And, on the other hand, its reputational risk was adversely affected after the public knowledge of collusive agreements due to the low price of shares transacted by the company.
scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
