This article presents the characteristics of the tourist potential of the Ternopil region. Namely: the description of natural resource and tourist-recreational components, the state of historical-cultural monuments and tourist infrastructure. The key internal strengths and weaknesses of the tourist potential of Ternopil region were highlighted, as well as the opportunities and threats of its development and SWOT analysis of the region. The analysis of problems hindering development of tourist potential and development of tourist industry of Ternopil region is given. Among them: poor condition of tourist facilities and roads; unsatisfactory state of informational and marketing provision of tourism; low level of provision of professional personnel in the field of tourism; lack of economic and financial resources for the development of tourism potential. The directions of development of tourist potential of Ternopil region are proposed and grounded, which include: integrated strategic planning and financing of tourism potential development; economic stimulation of tourism potential development and recreation; advertising, informational and marketing support of the tourist potential of the region; Improvement of staffing of tourism industry and hotel industry development; formation of an attractive investment climate for the development of tourism potential.
In this article, the authors propose and put into practice a methodology for conducting hierarchical analysis of the development of the crop-farming market, the scientific-methodological basis for which is the development of a factor model for assessing the interrelationship between the outcomes of engaging production potential and market infrastructure in the crop-farming sector and the modeling and adaptive forecasting of the parameters of local crop-farming markets, as well as developing forecast scenarios for the development of their potential. The methodology was tested through the example of local crop-farming markets in constituent regions of the North Caucasian Federal District (NCFD) of the Russian Federation (RF). The methodology brings to light the potential for the future growth of markets under study and enables us to compare the special aspects of reproducing crop-farming products in different regional localities, the dynamics of the development of corresponding local markets, and fluctuations in the main parameters of the markets.

Based on a systematic study of the key problems of development and standardization of internal audit in Russia, the article highlights the key factors of the need to develop internal audit in modern economic conditions and proves the need to introduce internal audit in the practice of economic activity of organizations. Based on the study of existing approaches to the standardization of internal audit, existing both in modern economic science and implemented in practice, they are critically analyzed in terms of classification and an author's chart of the organizational stages of development and approval of the organization's internal audit standards is proposed, which is universal for any organization subject to the conditions for developing internal audit standards, taking into account compliance with applicable laws Islands, audit efficiency and credibility.
