The article presents the results of the study for the influence of the rabbits feeding with various amounts of citric acid (25, 50 and 75 μg Si kg-1 of body weight, I-III experimental groups) from 52 to 110 days of life of the rabbits, obtained by nanotechnology method and sodium metasilicate (2.5 and 5.0 mg Si kg-1 of body weight, IV–V experimental groups) on hematological parameters and total lipid content and their fractional composition in the blood and liver tissue. It was established that the number of erythrocytes in the blood of rabbits in II and III experimental groups was higher by 18.4 and 20.7% (P0.05) at 31 days of study compared with control. At day 58 of the experiment, the total number of red blood cells in animals of the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd experimental groups was respectively higher by 14.9, 19.1, and 17.6% (P=0.05) than in the control. According to white blood indexes, the differences from control were found during the feeding of supplements with a significantly higher change of 30.9% (P=0.05) in 31 days in the blood of animals in the third experimental group. It was found that the feeding of silicic acid compounds did not significantly change the total lipids and phospholipids content, but led to the redistribution of their classes in the investigated tissues. Under the action of citrate silicon in the amount of 50 and 75 μg Si kg-1 of body weight, there was a decrease in the content of triacylglycerols in the blood plasma by 35 and 52% (P=0.05–0.01), respectively, compared with control. Investigation of the fractional lipids composition in the liver tissue showed a lower content of triacylglycerols and esterified cholesterol in animals of the II and III experimental groups compared with the control group. Consequently, the results of blood analyses and the fractional lipids composition in the individual tissues of the rabbit body indicate positive changes contributing to metabolic accumulation of energy and plastic components in the trophic chain and confirm the feasibility of adding citrate silicon in the rabbit diet, taking into account its physiologically substantiated amount.
The level of consumers’ satisfaction with the quality of edible chicken eggs is determined, in particular, by the attractive appearance of the yolks and their content of biologically active substances that have functional properties. Such compounds include carotenoids astaxanthin and lycopene, which can be deposited in the yolks, provide their pigmentation, and as powerful antioxidants, affect the stability of the fatty acid composition of lipids during egg storage. The aim This study aimed mine the effect of supplements of oil extracts of astaxanthin (10, 20, and 30 mg/kg of feed) or lycopene (20, 40, and 60 mg/kg of feed) on the Dion of young hens on the fatty acid composition of the yolks during eggs storage in temperature conditions 4 ±0.5 ℃ and 12 ±0.5 ℃ for 30 days. The experiment used 45 High-Line W36 crossbred laying hens at 24 weeks of age. It was found that the storage temperature of eggs (4 ±0.5 ℃ and 12 ±0.5 ℃) equally affected the fatty acid composition of lipids of egg yolks obtained from laying hens fed lycopene supplements in doses of 20, 40, and 60 mg/kg or astaxanthin in doses of 10, 20 and 30 mg/kg of feed for 30 days. Doses of lycopene from 20 to 60 mg/kg or astaxanthin from 10 to 30 mg/kg in the diet of laying hens contributed to a decrease in egg yolks at both storage temperatures of ω6 PUFA particles: Eicosatetraenoic and 6.9, 12-okadekatrienic acids until their complete disappearance. The addition of astaxanthin to the diet of laying hens reduced and stabilized the ratio of ω3/ω6 PUFA in yolks during egg storage to a greater extent than the addition of lycopene. Storage of lycopene or astaxanthin-enriched edible chicken eggs at 4 ±0.5 °C and 12 ±0.5 °C for 30 days can be used to correct the fatty acid profile of yolk lipids.
Currently, Ukraine has not control of sanitation and hygiene of obtaining raw milk on the farm. This is connected of the Order of the Prime Minister of Ukraine dated January 20, 2016, No. 94-р «On the recognition of invalid acts, and those that are not applicable in Ukraine, regulations of sanitary legislation» The assessment of some safety and quality indicators of milk is carried out only when milk is received for processing. An algorithm for the implementation of good dairy farming practices in Ukrainian farms has been developed, that give consideration the analysis of the current practices of raw milk production in Ukraine. The algorithm is based on the principles of good dairy farming practices and good farming practices for animal production food safety. The implementation of the algorithm will give an opportunity to provide and analyze of raw milk safety and quality parameters on Ukrainian farms. An algorithm of good dairy farming practices implementation on Ukraine farms take into account the creation of a working group, the development of 12 programs (which are provided with the 71st instruction) and the establish a farmstead laboratory.Give consideration research data about technical support and milk production practices at Ukrainian farms, we have been developed two blocks of programs to implement good dairy farming practices. a block of cow welfare programs and a block of programs for obtaining safe and high-quality milk-raw materials. The first – A block of programs for ensuring of cows welfare, includes programs: good stable climate, dairy barn and farm territory hygiene and technical condition, feed and water hygiene, good veterinary management, calves management, and occupational health of cow's carers. The second – A block of programs for ensuring safety and quality raw milk, includes programs: preparation of cows for milking, good milking practice, post-milking measures, control of support for technical serviceability of dairy equipment, good sanitary and hygienic status of dairy equipment and milking room, and the hygiene and occupational health of persons employed in the milking of the farm.
