ВВеденИеРазвитие научных направлений, имеющих прямое отношение к фармакологии, физиологии и медицине экстремальных состояний, позволяет рассматри-вать участие гипоксического фактора в процессах жизнедеятельности как с положительной стороны (реже), так и с отрицательной (чаще) [34, 114, 143].Как известно, гипоксия представляет со-бой состояние, характеризующееся снижением уровня обеспечения организма молекулярным кислородом (О 2 ) или же связанное с проблемой утилизации газа в ходе осуществления внутрикле-точных окислительно-восстановительных реакций. В любой из указанных ситуаций организм демон-стрирует признаки кислородного голодания различ-ной степени выраженности [99, 150].Следует отметить, что проявления кислородной недостаточности также могут возникать вследствие ишемии тканей и органов. Однако, ишемические со-стояния согласно патогенетическим механизмам их формирования проявляются не только снижением показателя напряжения О 2 в страдающих биологи-ческих тканях, но в значительной степени обуслов-лены проблемами доставки к ним энергетических субстратов и, в первую очередь, глюкозы. В связи с этим, ишемию приходится расценивать как более тяжелое и опасное явление, т. к. на ее фоне гораз-до быстрее снижается энергетический потенциал клеток, что в первую очередь обусловлено кризисом производства АТФ в митохондриальном компар-тменте [27, 33, 139].Как правило, в исследованиях, изучающих общие и местные влияния гипоксии на организм, феномен кислорододефицита рассматривается с позиций па-тологии. В большинстве учебных пособий по пато-физиологии гипоксию характеризуют как типичный патологический процесс. Однако в ходе реализации различных режимов активности человек может испы-тывать на себе влияние физиологической гипоксии. Так, например, кислородный дефицит возникает в мышцах при условии их продолжительного сокра-щения [72, 200]. Из-за напряжения мыслительных процессов также происходит снижение содержания кислорода в мозговой ткани и, особенно, в коре го-ловного мозга [23, 138]. Признаки гипоксии иногда могут выявляться в органах с относительно низким уровнем метаболизма (печень, почки, желудочно-кишечный тракт) при отсутствии патологических изменений, но при существенном увеличении их функциональной активности [24, 196]. Не случай-но гипоксические тренировки включены в комплекс упражнений в качестве обязательного элемента ба-зовой подготовки для определенных категорий здо-ровых людей -спортсменов, военнослужащих, ра-ботников МЧС, деятельность которых предполагает необходимость преодоления значительных, а порой и критических физических нагрузок.В настоящее время общепризнано, что кратков-ременная гипоксия выполняет в организме роль на-турального сигнала, инициирующего полимодаль-ные реакции, включая и рефлекторные, приводящие целостный организм в активное состояние, повы-шающие чувствительность органов-мишеней к дей-ствию внешних и внутренних раздражителей.Изменения, возникающие в организме в ответ на формирование гипоксического статуса, проте-кают в 3 этапа, которые тесно связанны друг с дру-
