The article analyzes the helicopters’ rational flight operation issue state in the reconstruction projects’ design and implementation to replace the cover structures of single-story industrial buildings. The practical use experience of helicopters in the conditions of an existing industrial enterprise is summarized. The basic prerequisites for the use of helicopters for the structures’ dismantling and installation are described. The joint development issues of the reconstruction projects using helicopters are considered, taking into account technological and organizational aspects. The structure and relationship of the technological process organization individual elements. A scheme for organizing and implementing a rational technology for mounting and dismounting using a helicopter, professionally trained flight crews, teams of ground installers to perform mounting and dismantling work during the industrial facilities reconstruction has been developed. The possible ways of expanding the operational range when using helicopters for installation and dismantling work are shown.

The article discusses well-known and perspective constructive and technological systems for the installation of monolithic and precast-monolithic floor slabs of civil and industrial buildings. It shows examples and expediency of using all kinds of inserts made of plastic and other light materials and products for replacing a part of heavy monolithic reinforced concrete. An original resource-saving method for the installation of precast-monolithic floor slabs with a simultaneous increase in the degree of their construction readiness is proposed. This effect is achieved by reducing their own weight and the use of permanent formwork. Reduction in own weight of the precast-monolithic floor slab is ensured by the use of volumetric lightweight trapezoidal or rectangular inserts, preferably made of expanded polystyrene, during its installation. The use of permanent formwork will eliminate the need for the subsequent performance of labor-intensive finishing and insulation works. To confirm the effectiveness of using the proposed method of precast-monolithic floor slab installation, the operation of two floor slabs was modeled in the LIRA SAPR computing complex - the proposed reinforced concrete innovative slab and a solid reinforced concrete slab. Having analyzed the calculated forces, deformations and the corresponding consumption of reinforcement and concrete, comparative indicators were obtained for the proposed innovative slab and for a typical solid floor slab. As a result, significant savings in material and cost have been proven.

The article shows the feasibility of improving the manufacturability of the prefabricated monolithic floors reinforced concrete structures production by reducing their own weight. In the works of the authors, the reduction of the sole weight and the cost is achieved by using the light materials filling the inter-gully space. It is proposed to use gas-concrete, polystyrene foam concrete blocks or limestone-limestone blocks as a local building material in the Crimea with such materials for the advanced system MARCO. Due to that, the cost of the interfloor overlap device has been reduced by approximately 10%. In addition, there is an additional cost reduction also due to the improved ergonomic work performance, increasing the productivity of workers by 6%. Innovative design and technological solutions are also presented, replacing the part of heavy concrete in a flat floor slab with hollow cores made of lightweight artificial materials - expanded polystyrene, polyethylene or cement wood.

This paper analyzes the issue of assessing the efficiency and possibility to use helicopters when designing and implementing the projects of reconstructing single-storey industrial buildings by replacing the structure of their roof. It demonstrates the expediency and possibility to use helicopters for these purposes as well as the way of finding rational areas of use thereof in connection with determining factors of external and internal constraints of the facility, as well as its technical state. In this paper we formulate the tasks and present the obtained research results that increase the efficiency of organizational and technological solutions in reconstruction projects of specific single-storey industrial buildings. Here we also outline the ways of further development of design methodologies in regard of technology and arrangement of reconstruction works based on studies and use of quantitative relationships of time and cost indicators with the selected properties of facilities to be reconstructed.
