Latha Mahosadhi Museum of ISI Denpasar is a memorial place for displaying art objects. But the function of the museum as a center of art information cannot be realized because the information provided is only verbal information and not specific. So that information media is created in museum, namely bilingual documentary film. One of the interesting a film to be researched is “Lukisan Barong Gunarsa” by Nyoman Lia Susanthi as a director. The aim of this study is to determine the process of creating a documentary film that shows the side of Gunarsa as famous person and secret element that have never been published before. Based on it, documentary bilingual can be applied to other 127 objects collection. The method used qualitative. The data were obtained through observation, interview, and literature study. The result of this study was the director observed in three roles, such as: a leader, an artist and a technical advisor. The pre-production, the director created in the form of production concept, technical concept and story line. The concept of film was expository style with television documentary format using narrator as a single speaker. The director as a leader directed the cameraperson in taking pictures. In editing, director was involved directly in the process of arranging the images. The resulting visual beauty cannot be separated from the director’s firmness that directed the taking of beauty shot. The director as a technical advisor was able to take over the role of cinematography, sound and editing.Museum Lata Mahosadhi ISI Denpasar adalah tempat pemajangan benda seni baik dari Bali maupun luar Bali. Namun fungsi museum sebagai pusat informasi seni belum bisa terwujud karena informasinya hanya berupa verbal dalam Bahasa Indonesia dan tidak spesifik. Untuk itu dilakukan penelitian terkait media informasi efektif untuk museum yaitu bilingual dokumenter menggunakan 2 bahasa (Indonesia-Inggris). Salah satu bilingual dokumenter yang menarik untuk dikaji adalah film berjudul “Lukisan Barong Gunarsa” karya Nyoman Lia Susanthi sebagai sutradara. Alasan memilih konten ini karena terdapat elemen rahasia yang belum dipublikasikan yaitu makna dan deskripsi lukisan. Dalam proses pembuatan film maestro berpulang, sehingga film ini benilai informasi tinggi. Tujuan dari penelitian adalah mengetahui penyutradaraan film dokumenter yang menunjukkan sisi intim orang terkenal yaitu Gunarsa. Dengan mengetahui penyutradaraan film ini, maka dapat juga diterapkan penciptaan bilingual dokumenter pada 127 benda koleksi museum. Metode yang digunakan untuk mengetahui manajemen produksi film adalah kualitatif. Data diperoleh melalui observasi, wawancara, dan studi pustaka. Hasil penelitian ini adalah sutradara dalam melahirkan film diamati dalam tiga peran yaitu sebagai pemimpin, seniman dan penasehat teknis. Saat pra produksi sutradara berperan besar melahirkan konsep penciptaan berupa konsep karya, teknis serta story line. Konsep karya menggunakan gaya exspository, format dokumenter televisi dengan narator sebagai penutur tunggal. Peran sutradara sebagai pemimpin yaitu mengarahkan kameramen dalam mengambil gambar sesuai tuntutan cerita. Tahapan editing sutradara terlibat dalam proses penyusunan gambar. Keindahan visual yang dihasilkan juga peran sutradara yang turut mengarahkan pengambilan beauty shot. Sutradara sebagai penasehat teknis mampu mengambil alih peran teknis dalam sinematografi, tata suara dan editing.
Indonesia is a country with a high level of cultural heterogeneity. In accordance with the State of the Republic of Indonesia’s President Joko Widodo, the country needs disruptive innovations. Disruptive innovation reverses the impossibility into opportunities and results intransformative value for the Indonesian people and nation. Disruptive innovation can also be applied in the arts. Moreover, amid the setbacks in the ethical and moral values of the Indonesian nation, art offers a way to shape character. One of the Balinese arts which has succeeded in changing the character is the art of Balinese traditional music. The tradition of storytelling, traditional children’s games and songs (gending) Bali is needed in upholding moral values and character education early on. For this reason, the creation of the “Rare Kelangon” which has been tested by the international public at the Cultural Performance at the IMF in Nusa Dua Bali on October 11, 2018 and the 24th National Education Day on August 25, 2019. The method used in creating this music innovative of Gender wayang was the research and development of Brog and Gall combined with Bandem and Suteja’s Balinese art creation method. There are 8 stages of creations, namely ngerencana,nuasen, makalin, refinement of the initial product, ngebah I, revision of the final refinement and ngebah II. The results of the study found that the innovations which made in the creation of Rare Kelangon works were extension types, which the invention of the development of existing products, added so that it becomes something new and valuable. The gender wayanggamelan has existed before, but to revive the genderwayang songs, a component of work which also needs to be preserved is gending rare (traditional children’s songs), traditional games, and satua (fairy tales) of the Balinese people who are also full of values of character education.
Kecamatan Gerokgak Kabupaten Buleleng, Bali memiliki permasalahan ketenagakerjaan khususnya pengangguran atau disebut juga tuna karya. Hal tersebut berdapak pada tingginya angka kemiskinan di Kecamatan Gerokgak dibandingkan kecamatan lainnya. Salah satu desa di Kecamatan Gerokgak yang memiliki tingkat kemiskinan dan pengangguran tinggi adalah Desa Musi. Guna menampung aktivitas pemuda desa, maka Desa Musi memiliki Skaa Truna Truni (STT) Desa Musi yang bernama STT Budhi Adnyana. Namun organisasi kepemudaan desa tersebut tidak mampu secara maksimal menampung kegiatan kepemudaan. Untuk itu dilakukan kegiatan Pengabdian Kemitraan Masyarakat (PKM) yang bertujuan: (1) Membantu membuka lapangan pekerjaan baru di Desa Musi dengan nama Rumah Kreatif; (2) Menambah keterampilan foto dan video bagi pemuda Desa Musi; (3) Mendukung program Kecamatan Gerokgak sebagai daerah yang memiliki potensi pariwisata. Metode pengabdian dilakukan dengan sosialisasi, pelatihan, dan evaluasi. Dua aspek pengabdian yang dilakukan yaitu aspek keterampilan dan manajemen rumah kreatif. Hasil dari aspek keterampilan mereka memiliki kemampuan tambahan sebagai fotografer dan videographer. Dengan bantuan berupa kamera Canon 1300D mereka mampu membuat video profil Desa Musi sebagai media promosi desa. Pada aspek manajemen rumah kreatif, STT Desa Musi berhasil membentuk Kelompok Sadar Wisata (Pokdarwis) Desa Musi dan proposal desain destinasi wisata di Desa Musi yang diberi nama Peken Bajang-Bajang.
Berdasarkan rencana program kerja yang dicanangkan perbekel desa Ayunan, bahwa salah satu tujuan yang ingin dicapai adalah menjadi desa wisata pada tahun 2020, maka diharapkan adanya kerjasama antara mahasiswa KKN ISI Denpasar dengan pemerintah serta masyarakat desa setempat untuk mewujudkan program tersebut. Dengan adanya wacana desa Ayunan menjadi desa wisata pada tahun 2020, serta dilandasi tema KKN ISI Denpasar 2018 yang ingin membangkitkan desa melalui keunggulan seni dan budaya, maka mahasiswa peserta KKN ISI Denpasar di desa Ayunan menuangkan sejumlah ide guna mendukung terlaksananya keinginan pemerintah dan masyarakat desa setempat, melalui kolaborasi keahlian masing-masing mahasiswa dari program studi yang berbeda-beda. Program ini dikelompokkan menjadi lima program kerja utama, namun memiliki satu konsep yang sama. Yaitu penciptaan tari maskot desa Ayunan, yang juga meliputi penciptaan musik pengiring tari maskot dan perancangan kostum tari maskot tersebut; penciptaan lagu desa Ayunan; perancangan merchandise desa Ayunan; perancangan monumen desa wisata Ayunan; serta penciptaan video dokumentasi yang menampilkan potensi desa Ayunan. Lima program ini berjudul “Panca Pesona Desa Wisata Ayunanâ€, lima program kerja dengan harapan hasil yang mempesona, sebagai upaya mendukung desa Ayunan mencapai salah satu visinya. Program kerja ini juga sekaligus sebagai program unggulan yang merupakan salah satu luaran wajib KKN ISI Denpasar tahun 2018. Penciptaan program Panca Pesona Desa Wisata Ayunan ini tidak lepas dari riset, permintaan dan persetujuan aparat desa setempat, serta bimbingan dan arahan dari dosen pembimbing. Metode yang digunakan dalam analisis data adalah deskriptif kualitatif. Sedangkan metode pengumpulan data berdasarkan wawancara, observasi, studi kepustakaan, dan analisis foto dan video. Adanya relevansi antara program desa Ayunan dan program kerja Panca Pesona Desa Wisata Ayunan, memunculkan hubungan timbal balik yang saling membutuhkan dan menguntungkan antara pihak desa dan mahasiswa KKN. Sehingga program dapat terlaksana sebagaimana yang diharapkan.Base on work plan program by the head of community Ayunan village which is proclaimed to achieve as a tourist village on 2020, hence cooperation between ISI Community Outreach Program (COP) with local government and social community is needed. Refer to mentioned program and base on ISI COP theme who wants to approve the region through superiority of art and culture, hence ISI COP participants raise creative ideas to support the purpose of community Ayunan village with collaboration between local government, social community and ISI COP. This program is divided into five main groups with the same concept. Namely Ayunan village dance mascot creation, theme song creation, merchandise designing, design of tourist village monument, video documentary creation that showing the potential of Ayunan village. These five programs are titled “Panca Pesona Desa Wisata Ayunan†five work programs in hopes of stunning result as an effort to support and improve Ayunan village to achieve one of their vision. This program is also as the leading program that was one of the mandatory contribution by ISI COP Denpasar 2018. Panca Pesona Desa Wisata Ayunan could not be separated from research, request and approval from local government, and leading lecture.Â
______________________________________________________Purpose: The purpose of this research is to create a Musical-Drama Television Film "Bung Karno di Bawah Pohon Sukun" a television film that was initiated to form real learning spaces in the film industry for students and alumni. This product is made of five episodes of 24 minutes each. In short, this film tells the story of Bung Karno's contemplation period when he was exiled in Ende, Flores. Research Method: The production of original songs is carried out in 3 stages, the first is the pre-production stage, the second is the production stage, and the last stage is post-production. In the production stage, discussions are held between the director and the music director to find the same perception about the idea of the film, then the composition of the songs according to the theories in music and lyrics adapted to the needs of the film as a result of observations from dialogue scripts, discussions, and Inggit-Soekarno story books. Then the production stage is carried out by the arrangement and recording process. This process involved 5 students and 6 alumni of the music study program. The arrangement process includes song forms, chord progressions, and harmonies carried out according to the direction of the music director. Then in the final stage, the editing process is carried out, where the songs are ready to be adjusted into intonation and also phrases. After that, the mixing mastering is run. Result and Discussion:The theory used Reignald Smith Brindle on his book "Musical Composition" to describe film and television music, the function of film music, various types of music in films, and the process of making a musical composition in films.
