LKPD merupakan bahan ajar yang terstruktur, dengan bantuan LKPD tersebut maka dapat membuat pembelajaran lebih aktif dan berfikir kreatif. Ditambah lagi LKPD yang dibuat berbasis STEM dan bantuan teknolog Augmented Reality yang inovatif, sehingga pembelajran daring menjadi interaktif. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan LKPD Arthropoda berbasis STEM berteknologi Augmented Reality yang valid. Metode yang digunakan yaitu pengembangan dengan model ADDIE yang telah dimodifikasi sampai tahap development. Berdasrkan hasil validasi didapatkan LKPD dengan hasil valid dan layak untuk digunakan
The typesof gastropods on thecoast of Muara Kintap will be carried out from August to December 2021. Gastropods are the largest group in the mollusca phylu, these animals are widely distributed in coastal marine areas, one of wich in on the coast of Muara Kintap. The coastal area is a natural habitat for gastropods. Line transect method was used to collect gastropod samples, namely; plot and take the gastropods inside. Gastropods faound 14 species, namely: Conus raulsilvai, Hexaplex trunculus, Hyalina pallida, Telescopium telescopium, Turitella communis, Turitella terebra L., Nucella lapillus, Naria eburnea, Nassarius phrrhus, Nassarius limmatus, Oliva trigidella oriolla, Cerithidea cingulata, Gibbula leucophea, Polinice didyma.
Oyster mushrooms (Pleurotus ostreatus) are one of the products related to conventional biotechnology where the product is a food that can be consumed. So that in the application of training in the cultivation of Oyster mushrooms is concerned about biotechnology and entrepreneurship subjects. Along with the rise of covid-19 that occurs is not a barrier to the facilitator team in performing devotion, of course with a limited scale. The devotion that is carried out is (1) Counseling, conducted online with online webinars followed by all biology students and participants from the general public. (2) Preparation, establishing a committee for advanced activities, namely training in oyster mushroom cultivation and implementation in entrepreneurship (3) Implementation of stage 1, implementation of oyster mushroom cultivation and implementation of biotechnology subjects, (4) Implementation of stage 2, implementation of biological entrepreneurship subjects by selling biologically efficacious products such as raw oyster mushrooms, (5) Monitoring and evaluation of activities: monitoring and evaluation of activities carried out by the Committee and facilitators as parties who help monitoring and evaluation which are also assisted by sources.
Botani Tumbuhan Tinggi merupakan mata kuliah yang mengkaji tentang tumbuhan berbiji. Banyaknya konsep yang perlu dipelajari menjadikan mata kuliah ini sering dianggap sebagai mata kuliah hafalan. Oleh karena itu diperlukan media penunjang dalam prosesnya pembelajarannya. Flash card adalah salah satu alternatif media pembelajaran yang dapat dikembangkan dalam rangka menghadirkan berbagai spesies tumbuhan di alam ke dalam sebuah kartu yang memudahkan mahasiswa prinsip pengelompokkan berbagai spesies tanpa harus menghafal. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui validitas flash card spermatophyta sebagai penunjang pembelajaran Botani Tumbuhan Tinggi. Jenis penelitian ini adalah Research and Development, uji validitas flash card menggunakan Evaluasi Formatif Tessmer yang dibatasi pada tahap uji pakar. Hasil uji validasi ahli media diperoleh skor rata-rata sebesar 79,5% dan hasil validasi ahli materi diperoleh skor rata-rata sebesar 83,6%. Berdasarkan hasil skor rata-rata dapat disimpulkan bahwa flash card yang dikembangkan valid dan dapat digunakan sebagai media untuk menunjang pembelajaran Botani Tumbuhan Tinggi.
Desa Tabunganen merupakan desa yang terletak di ujung sungai Barito Kabupaten Barito Kuala Kalimantan Selatan. Pada Desa Tabunganen banyak terdapat aliran sungai dan mayoritas mata pencaharian masyarakat adalah nelayan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui jenis-jenis ikan di sungai Desa Tabunganen Kalimantan Selatan. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian lapangan. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan metode observasi pada zona yang ditentukan melalui teknik purposive sampling sebanyak 3 zona, yaitu zona 1 (kawasan di samping jalan dekat pemukiman warga), zona 2 (kawasan di tengah sungai dan berdekatan dengan pemukiman warga), dan zona 3 (kawasan muara sungai yang berbatasan dengan sungai Barito). Data penelitian dianalisis secara deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil penelitian ditemukan 12 jenis ikan dari 7 bangsa, 10 suku dan 11 marga yaitu Ikan Seluang (Rasbora aurotaenia), Ikan Senggiringan (Macroness nigriceps), Ikan Gapi-gapi (Poecilia reticulate), Ikan Kipar (Scatophagus argus), Ikan Baga-Baga (Barbodes belinca), Ikan Timah (Panchax-Panchax), Ikan Ular-Ularan atau Tangkur Kuda (Microphis branchyrus lineatus), Ikan Belurungan Licin (Oxyeleotris urophthalmus), Ikan Belunguran Punting (Oxyeleotris marmorata), Ikan Julung-Julung (Zenarchopterus buffoni), Ikan Sumpit (Toxotes jaculatrix), dan Ikan Bilis (Stolephorus commersonii).
Intersection animals generally live on sandy shores or wet soil, living permanently by sticking, hiding away, and burrowing at the bottom of waters. The movement of intersection animals is limited to life in and at the bottom of the water, and is very sensitive to changes in the aquatic environment, so it can be used as a bioindicator of a waters. The aim of this research to identify the types and morphology of intersecting animals in Takisung Beach, Tanah Laut Regency. The study uses descriptive survey method with observation techniques for data collection. The research sample is an intersecting animal found in the research plot. The research plot was determined by the 6 point transect, distance of 5 m between points along 1,500 m. Data were analyzed exploratively using relevant libraries. The results showed that the intersection animals found consisted of 15 types namely: Aurelia aurita, Tachypleus tridentatus, Turritella communis, Cassis tuberosa, Oliva sayana, Murex trapa, Urosalpinx cinerea, Urosalpinx perrugata, Neritina violacea, Comarmondia gracilis, Cryptospira ventricosa, Erosaria miliaris, Anadra granosa, Paphia undulata, and Solen vaginalis.
