Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pendidikan kewirausahaan dan pengalaman prakerin terhadap minat berwirausaha siswa SMK Negeri 1 Surabaya. Populasi penelitian ini berjumlah 133 Siswa kelas XI dan XII Jurusan Bisnis Daring dan Pemasaran dengan kriteria 1) telah memperoleh pendidikan kewirausahaan, 2) mengikuti program kewirausahaan di sekolah dan 3) mengikuti prakerin. Metode pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik sampling jenuh dengan menggunakan seluruh anggota populasi sebagai responden penelitian. Metode penelitian ini deskriptif kuantitatif dengan analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa: 1) Pendidikan kewirausahaan memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat berwirausaha, 2) Pengalaman prakerin memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat berwirausaha, 3) Pendidikan kewirausahaan dan pengalaman prakerin secara simultan berpengaruh terhadap minat berwirausaha.
Purpose: The purpose of this paper is to determine factors that drive e-money provider system named Link Aja (produced by Telkomsel, a telecommunication company in Indonesia) users to become less active in using Link Aja, especially users located in Bandung, by remembering some potential commerce and trading conducted in the city that have great potential benefits if all transaction are supported by e-money Link Aja. Methodology: This study uses quantitative methods with descriptive and exploration research types. The technique of collecting data has spread the questionnaire to users in Bandung who have an account but less active in using Link Aja. Factoring Analysis as statistical tools were used to analyze the data and test the hypotheses. Results: There are six factors which determine the decreasing of Link Aja users activity in transaction, consist of (1) Security and limited discount, (2) Explicit fees, (3) Machine and update system unpredictable, (4) Networks, (5) Confuse term and condition, and (6) Disadvantage of time and popularity. Research Implication: This research presents update factors in terms of activity in using e-money from the opposite perspective (less active side), in completing factors of e-money motivation. The main limitation is the narrow scope, emphasizing only users located in Bandung city. This paper may involve more users further to present strong factors about e-money activity. Practical Implication: This research presents determinant factors about less active in using e-money among users that may help Telecommunication Company by recovering these elements. This paper gives valuable references to e-money providers to consider factors founded in offering better service for users and improve the amount of super active Ling Aja users in daily transactions. Originality/value: This study provides the determination of dominant factors that cased the less active activity and transaction among users of Link Aja and contributes to a better understanding of how to provide better service of e-money based on these factors for improvement further.
Analisis risiko keselamatan pekerja PT. Daisy Mutiara Samudra di Dermaga 101 dengan menggunakan metode HIRARC, HIRARC merupakan alat atau metode untuk mengidentifikasi, menilai, dan mengendalikan bahaya berdasarkan kegiatan di setiap tempat kerja Hasil identifikasi bahaya yang dilakukan di 3 tempat di dermaga 101 – 102 terdapat 14 bahaya yang berkaitan dengan keselamatan pekerja. Dari hasil identifikasi faktor terjadinya bahaya terdapat 3 faktor yaitu faktor makanis, faktor fasilitas, faktor manusia. Berdasarkan hasil penilaian resiko, diketahui presentase tertinggi tingkat risiko di dermaga 101 adalah risiko sedang, yaitu sebesar 58%. Mengatasi risiko tersebut adalah penambahan fasilitas dan perbaikan sistem manajemen pekerja.
Certification is the process of awarding competence certificates in recognition of a person's ability to perform a job after passing a competency test. Teachers as a determinant of the success of the implementation of teaching and learning is required to produce high performance in carrying out duties and responsibilities to the fullest. This study actualizes the performance of certified teachers in teaching learning process in MIN Tungkob Aceh Besar. The formulation of the problem in this research; 1) How is the actualization of certified teacher performance in improving the learning process at MIN Tungkob Aceh Besar? 2) How is certified teacher planning in improving the learning process at MIN Tungkob Aceh Besar? 3) How is the implementation of certified teachers in improving the learning process in MIN Tungkob Aceh Besar? 4) How is the evaluation of certified teachers in improving the learning process at MIN Tungkob Aceh Besar? This research uses descriptive method with qualitative approach, data collection technique is done through observation, interview and documentation study. Research subjects were madrasah supervisors, madrasah heads and certification teachers. The results showed that: 1) Actualization of the performance of certified teachers in improving the learning process can be seen from the timeliness in carrying out the learning process, the accuracy of time come to school and going home on time. All discipline-certified teachers where if there are teachers who are unable to attend, they remain responsible for hours of learning in the like as with entrusted duty to the teacher picket; 2) Planning of certified teachers in improving the learning process can be seen from their preparation in making a good learning administration by preparing learning tools according to curriculum such as making syllabus, semester program, weekly program and RPP with the guidance of senior teachers and supervisors in teacher work group forum; 3) The implementation of certified teachers in improving the learning process undertaken is to provide early motivation, applying perceptions, using appropriate instructional media, managing classes, and methods used in the learning process varies, although of all these efforts have not all gone well. This is evident from the implementation that is still not maximized, so it seems only limited to the mere routine so that the learning process in the classroom running is not conducive and using a monotonous method; 4) Teachers carry out evaluation in all aspects of assessment ie cognitive, affective and psychomotor. The evaluation is conducted an on going basis, although there are still a small number of certification teachers who have not understood the problem analysis techniques so it is difficult to determine valid questions, all because the teacher has limited understanding of learning evaluation techniques.
