The research examines the effect of management change, financial distress, client’s size, and audit opinion on auditor switching. The population in this research are the banking companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange for year of 2010-2015. The samples in this study using purposive sampling method, the number of obsevations of a sample of 84 studies. The data analysis technique used is logistic regression analysis.The result of this reasearch show that management change, financial distress, client’s size and opinion audit have effect on auditor switching. Partially the research show that (1) Management change significantly influences on auditor switching, (2) financial distress do not affects on auditor switching, (3) client’s size significantly influences on auditor switching, and (3) audit opinion significantly infleunces on auditor switching.
Combinatorial reasoning was a basic competence that every student must have for solving mathematical problems, as it highly related to providing argumentation or strategy in solving mathematical problems. It was the process of creating complex constructs out of a set of given elements that satisfy the conditions explicitly given or inferred from the situation. Considering this issue, this study aimed to explore the combinatorial reasoning of high school students with cognitive-reflective andimpulsive styles in solving problems. More specifically, It correlated combinatorial reasoning with tempo cognitive style, since it applied time-based problem solving in which the speed of responding and the frequency of either correct or wrong answer might affect students' mental action in solving problems. This study was a qualitative research. It used High school students in eleventh grade as the research subject through matching familiar figure test. The researchers distributed a task containing several problems that had similar concept for each and then organized an interview to explore the students' combinatorial reasoning in solving the given problems. Cognitivereflective subject decided to use two strategies-formula and filling slot-for the sake of her affirmation, while cognitive-impulsive subject decided to only use one strategy-formula. The cognitive-reflective subject tended to be more accurate and careful in solving the problems. Otherwise, the cognitive-impulsive ones tended to be careless and less accurate, given that the subject decided to do spontaneous mental action. The result of this study found some similarities and differences on the combinatorial reasoning of both reflective and impulsive students. The similarities referred to their ways in explaining the notation in the formula they used and generalizing their strategies. The differences referred to the process of investigating various factors, considering any probabilities that might reveal, and evaluation.
Obesity is a major problem among teenages because it may causes low self esteem. The obesity rate were 32,9% and 29,05% in Indonesia and Central Java Province, respectively. The purpose of this study was to analyze the relationship beetween obesity and selfesteem in young girl at Senior High school 13 SEMARANG. This was a correlational study. The sample size in this study was 85 young girls and the sampling method was stratified random sampling. The data were collected using a questionare and analyzed using spearman rank test. Result : The study results revealed that the majority of respondents were obese degree 1 whom most of them have positive self esteem 43 (79,6%). In addition, 31 teenage were obesity grade II whom most of them have negative self esteem 26 girls (83,9%). The statistical test result obtained using spearman rank test P value = 0.000=0,05. This study proved the relationship between teenage's obesity with self esteem. The respondents expected to lose weight by managing diet, doing exercise increasing self esteem, and viewing self positively. ABSTRAKObesitas suatu masalah yang cukup meresahkan di kalangan remaja putri karena memberikan dampak negatif secara psikologi menurunkan harga diri. Menurut RIKESDAS tahun 2013 di Indonesia mencapai 32,9% dan di Jawa Tengah 29,0%. Tujuan Penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis hubungan antara obesitas dengan harga diri pada remaja putri di SMA Negeri 13 Semarang. Penelitian ini menggunakan korelasi dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh remaja putri yang obesitas di SMA Negeri 13 Semarang sebanyak 85 remaja putri, pengambilan sampel dengan menggunakan teknik Stratified random sampling. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah kuesioner menggunakan uji Spearman Rank. Hasil: Sebagian besar remaja (54 orang) mengalami obesitas derajat I dan mayoritas remaja tersebut memiliki harga diri positif (79.6%). Jumlah remaja yang mengalami obesitas derajat II sebanyak 31 orang dan sebagian besar dari remaja tersebut harga diri negatif (83.9%). Hasil uji statistik menggunakan uji Rank Spearman diperoleh nilai P al e = 0.000 ≤α = 0,05 (5%). Penelitian ini membuktikan adanya hubungan obesitas dengan harga diri (self-esteem) pada remaja putri, diharapkan responden menurunkan berat badan dengan memperbaiki asupan dan olahraga serta meningkatkan harga diri dan memiliki pandangan yang positif terhadap apa yang dimiliki.
This paper aims to find out the similarities and differences contained in the KTSP and the 2013 curriculum Arabic subjects Madrasah Aliyah from the aspect of goals, materials, and methods. As well as knowing the advantages and disadvantages of both curriculum. Types of research this is library research with a qualitative approach. Analysis of the data uses content analysis. Based on analysis concluded that in the KTSP and the 2013 Arabic Curriculum for Madrasah Aliyah, it has many similarities in aspects of purpose, material or method. It's just that the 2013 curriculum tries to complement its deficiencies in KTSP as in the subject matter, the 2013 curriculum is more detailed in describing the scope of the material in the form of KI and KD, besides that the 2013 curriculum does not only emphasize cognitive aspects only, but cognitive, psychomotor and affective aspects balanced and integrated into all subjects. Addition to that, if in the KTSP the learning approach used varies, then the 2013 curriculum uses a scientific approach.
