The objective of this study is to see how the Pancasila Student Profile is strengthened in the Independent Learning Curriculum in elementary schools. The data collection method was the research library, and the approach was qualitative. According to the findings of the study, reinforcing the Pancasila Student Profile in the Independent Learning Curriculum provides a solution for developing Pancasila-based character. The Pancasila Student Profile has six competencies consisting of faith, fear of God Almighty, noble character, global diversity, cooperation, independence, critical reasoning, and creativity. The Pancasila Profile strengthening project is cross-disciplinary learning with a Project-Based learning approach and differs from project-based learning in the classroom. The government is promoting the Transformational Teacher Program as the spearhead of equal distribution of education and strengthening the Pancasila Student Profile. The government assists transformational schools through consultative and asymmetric assistance, strengthening school human resources, learning with a new paradigm, data-based planning, and digitizing schools
The purpose of this study was to assess the fish biodiversity of Sungsang estuaries in South Sumatra. The species diversity, evenness, dominance, degree of similarity, and composition of fish communities as well as some physicochemical conditions were analyzed in order to establish the baseline data inventory of Sungsang estuaries. The results show that all of the physico-chemical parameters were in good condition for fish sustainability. Forty-eight (48) species of fish belonging to 29 families of freshwater, brackish water and marine sources were encountered in the water bodies. Johnius belangerii, Johnius amblycephalus and Setipinna taty were species with a relatively high abundance, but the appearance frequency of these species was high, medium and low, respectively. The value of the Shannon’s diversity index for fish resources was classified as moderate (H’=1.477-2.708). The index value of evenness was classified as high (J’= 0.616 – 0.876), while the index value of dominance was classified as low (D = 0.097 – 0.382). This result indicate that the species diversity was good enough, the species spread was evenly distributed, that there was a stable community structure and no domination.

This paper investigates and discusses individuals' internal circumstances as factors that may cause entrepreneurial failure, which consists of psycho-economic phenomenon and opportunistic behavior of individuals. The study is a quantitative study, and it operates relational analysis that relates existing arguments regarding psycho-economic factors to entrepreneurial failure. The study further adds and analyses the construct of opportunistic behavior as another possible factor that may cause entrepreneurial failure. The sample of the study is 1541 young entrepreneurs in West Sumatra Province, Indonesia, who have experienced failures in their previous businesses. The analysis was undertaken by using multiple and partial regression analysis in which the statistical protocol was operated. It is found that psycho-economic factors, together with opportunistic behavior of individuals in a lesser to a greater degree, have caused entrepreneurial failure to the context of the study. The study also implies and argues that opportunistic behavior may not only be viewed as a source of entrepreneurial success, as it also contributes to entrepreneurial failure. This finding clearly demonstrates the originality and value of this study since it argues that opportunistic behavior can also be viewed as a factor -apart from the other existing psycho-economic factors (deterministic, voluntaristic, and emotive) -that can cause entrepreneurial failure. The study further suggests that strengthening entrepreneurial personality, characteristics and psychological aspects should be a focus for the Indonesian government in promoting and developing young-nascent entrepreneurs.

The research was conducted on the entire Treasurer village in Tabanan using primary data obtained from questionnaires distributed to respondents. The sample was selected is a saturated sample in order to obtain as many as 133 respondents. Data analysis was performed by analysis Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA), preceded by a test of validity and reliability and classic assumption test. The results showed (1) the motivation is not able to moderate the influence of competence in the performance of Treasurer village in Tabanan; (2) motivation to be able to strengthen leadership influence on the performance Treasurer village in Tabanan and (3) the motivation is not able to moderate the influence of the working environment on the performance Treasurer village in Tabanan.
This paper presents for the first time the results of research related to the professional training of judges. The research method presented in this paper is a case study. Thirty-one judges, in the City and District Courts, were included to obtain various perspectives through interviews. The results of the study show that the influence of training can shape judicial interpretations of justice. We found that trainee judges studied the three most important forms of justice: legal justice, moral justice, and social justice. Judges will also learn from the training that judges will be asked to harmonize various dimensions of justice in the context of public service.
Storytelling method based on local wisdom is one of the favored methods of teaching children. The purpose of using this method is to stimulate children's development, one of which is the child's moral value. Children's moral values are very important to stimulate because moral values are very important in a child's life. However, most teachers use more conventional methods to teach so that this method is less applied as a teaching method especially in schools where teachers are more concerned with academics. This article presents a teaching method using local wisdom-based storytelling methods to stimulate children's moral values. The study design used a quasi-experimental pretest-posttest non-equivalent control group design. Data collection used observation and compared with the -t test in the experimental group and the control group. The results show effective storytelling methods applied as children's learning methods to stimulate children's moral values.
