This research is basic research that aims to reveal the event of silkworm cultivation in Enrekang Regency, also as how the opportunities and challenges faced within the future. Furthermore, the long-term goal of this research is to take care of and increase silk production to satisfy local, national, and export needs, with the hope of accelerating people's income, local native income (PAD), and foreign exchange. The method used may be a survey to watch and measure various influential variables. Data utilized in the shape of secondary and first data. The data analysis used is a cartographic analysis. supporting factors for the event of silkworm cultivation in Enrekang subdistrict are; the simplest quality, abundant sources of feed, abundant human resources, sheltered by state-owned enterprises, near the axis roads, tools and cultivation materials are available and easy to obtain, cooperation with other regions, cheap seeds, high purchasing power, and government visits and tourists. supporting factors there also are factors inhibiting the event of silkworm cultivation in Enrekang Regency, namely: it's begun to be left behind, caterpillars are too sensitive, simple cultivation techniques, alittle amount of harvest, cultivation of households (nongroup), the transfer of murberi land functions, uncertain climate, the breakup of subsequent generation, promising work and yarn / imported fabrics.
This study is a ex post facto study that aims to determine the significant effect of parental participation on the science learning motivation of students at SD Negeri Bayang Makassar City. The independent variable in this study is the form of parental participation, while the dependent variable is students' motivation to learn science. This study uses a quantitative approach. The population in this study were students of SD Negeri Bayang Makassar as many as 312 students. (1) determination of the sample of this study using simple random sampling technique as many as 172 students spread from grades I - VI SD. (2) data were collected using research instruments in the form of questionnaires and documentation (3) the data analysis technique used in hypothesis testing is statistical testing, including descriptive statistical analysis and inferential statistical analysis. The results of hypothesis testing show that significance value 0,03 then H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted. Based on the results of the study, it shows that there is a positive influence between parental participation on the science learning motivation of students at SD Negeri Bayang Makassar City.
This study aims to determine the increase in activity, motivation and student learning outcomes through the application of the model Problem Based Learning (PBL) in class XI MIPA 1 MAN Enrekang on cell material. This type of research is a classroom action research (CAR) which consists of 2 cycles. The subjects in this study were students of class XI MIPA 1 MAN Enrekang. The type of research instrument used was a learning activity observation sheet, a learning motivation questionnaire and a learning outcome test in the form of multiple-choice tests of 20 items for each cycle of cell material. The data obtained were analyzed statistically descriptive. The results showed that (1) there was an increase in the biology learning activities of students in class XI MIPA 1 MAN Enrekang namely classically from 66.47% increased to 80.03%, the amount of increase from cycle I to cycle II was 13.56%; (2) an increase in biology learning motivation of students in class XI MIPA 1 MAN Enrekang that is classically from 82.87% to 86.97%, the amount of increase from cycle I to cycle II is 4.11%; (3) an increase in biology learning outcomes of students in class XI MIPA 1 MAN Enrekang namely from 59.38% of students who completed to 96.88%, the number of increases from cycle I to cycle II was 37.50%. These results indicate that the application of the Problem Based Learning model can improve the activity, motivation and learning outcomes of students of the XI MIPA 1 MAN class Enrekang.Keywords: Problem Based Learning, activity, motivation and learning outcomes
Penelitian ini mengkaji tentang peran manajerial kepala sekolah dalam peningkatan mutu di sekolah dasar (SD). Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kualitatif. Sumber data penelitian ini yaitu kepala sekolah dan guru. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data menggunakan model Miles, Huberman, dan Saldana yang meliputi pengumpulan, kondensasi, penyajian, dan verifikasi data. Keabsahan data dicapai melalui trianggulasi sumber dan teknik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan: 1) keterampilan konsep yaitu menyusun visi, misi, tujuan, dan sasaran sekolah, 2) keterampilan teknis yaitu perencanaan, pengaturan, koordinasi, pengawasan dan pengendalian, 3) kemampuan membangun hubungan yaitu motivasi yaitu dengan cara memberikan penghargaan bagi guru yang berprestasi dan menanamkan semangat kerja.
