Endophytic bacteria producing antibacterial against methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus (MRSA) in seagrass from Rote Ndao, East Nusa Tenggara,. Methicillinresistant Staphylococcus aureus (MRSA) are bacteria that resistant to the various type of antibiotics and yet cannot be handled comprehensively. The discovery of new antibiotic from endophytic bacteria in seagrass of Rote Island is an option to overcome the resistance. The aims of this research were to screen endophytic bacteria inhibit MRSA from seagrass, to determine the species of the endophytic bacteria and the genetic relationship. Isolation of endophytic bacteria has carried out by inoculating surface sterilization seagrass leaves on Marine Agar (MA) medium. Selection of potential endophytic bacteria-producing anti-MRSA has done using overlay method against MRSA, gram-positive Bacillus subtilis, and gram-negative Escherichia coli. Identification of the endophytic bacteria based on the sequence of 16S rRNA encoding gene. The results showed that there were eight isolates of endophytic bacteria which have antibacterial activity against MRSA of seagrass Enhalus acoroides, Thalassia hemprichii, and Cymodocea rotundata in the Litianak and Oeseli Beaches, Rote Ndao. The diameter of inhibition zone was between 0.65-18.27 mm with narrow spectrum with broad spectrum antibacterial activity. The eight potential endophytic bacteria identity were Bacillaceae E2M1, Bacillaceae E2M3, Bacillus E2M4, Bacillus E2M7, Bacillaceae E2M8, Pseudomonadaceae C1M7, Shewanellaceae C2M3, and Rhodobacteraceae T1M3. Most of the isolates can be said to be a new species as the percent similarity of 16S rRNA gene sequence was less than 95% and promising to produce new antibacterial compounds. Phylogenetic relationship showed some isolates clustering in different groups that present the diverse groups of endophytic bacteria were found.
Pengolahan sampah rumah tangga seperti barang elektronik, lemari, kasur, dll, di Jakarta saat ini terbilang belum mendapat perhatian lebih dari pemerintah daerah. Karena masih banyak warga Jakarta yang membuang sampah rumah tangga ke perairan sungai yang mengakibatkan banjir setiap musim hujan datang. Dengan situasi tersebut, penulis bermaksud memberikan sarana informasi dengan memanfaatkan teknologi yang ada saat ini kepada warga Jakarta untuk pembuangan sampah rumah tangga tersebut menjadi lebih teratur dan tercipta lingkungan yang asri. Adapun tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk memudahkan masyarakat dalam mengelola pembuangan sampah rumah tangga bervolume besar agar lingkungan sekitar tidak terganggu. Hasil yang diperoleh dari penelitian ini adalah aplikasi pengelolaan pembuangan sampah rumah tangga sebagai sarana penunjang informasi dengan memanfaatkan teknologi mobile saat ini.
ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh ekstrak bawang putih (Allium sativum) yang tepat terhadap penetasan telur ikan bandeng (Chanos chanos). Penelitian ini dilakukan di Balai Budidaya Perikanan Air Payau (BBPAP) Ujung Batee pada bulan Juli hingga Agustus 2014. Desain eksperimen yang digunakan adalah Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) dengan 6 taraf perlakuan dan 3 ulangan. Sampel yang digunakan adalah telur ikan bandeng (Chanos chanos) yang telah terbuahi sebanyak 100 butir per wadah/ulangan. Perlakuan yang dilakukan meliputi perlakuan konsentrasi ekstrak bawang putih (Allium sativum) ; 0 (kontrol) ; 500 ; 1.000 ; 1.500; 2.000; 2.500 ppm. Hasil uji ANOVA menunjukkan bahwa penambahan ekstrak bawang putih berpengaruh sangat nyata terhadap daya tetas telur ikan bandeng pada taraf uji 1%. Uji lanjut BNJ menunjukkan bahwa perlakuan konsentrasi ekstrak bawang putih terbaik adalah pada konsentrasi 2.000 ppm.Kata kunci: Ikan bandeng (Chanos chanos), Daya tetas telur, Ekstrak bawang putih (Allium sativum). ABSTRACTThe research was to study the influence of garlic extract (Allium sativum) on hatching rate of eggs milkfish (Channos-channos). Research was conducted at Brackish Water Aquaculture Center, Ujung Batee, Aceh Besar District on August 2014. Experimental design was used Completely Randomized Design as statistical analysis method with six treatments and three repetitions. Sample was milkfish eggs, it was distributed as 100 eggs of compartment. The treatments of garlic extract concentration were 0 ppm (control); 500 ppm ; 1.000 ppm ; 1.500 ppm ; 2.000 ppm ; and 2.500 ppm. Anova test showed that the garlic extract gave the significant effect on hatching rate of milkfish eggs at the level test of 1 %. The further test using honestly significant difference test showed that the best treatment of the garlic extract concentration was 2.000 ppm.
The dimensions of the Government internal control system (GICS) in relation to the Reliability of government financial statements are investigated in this study (RGFS). This research employs 3,810 civil personnel who operate in 15 (fifteen) Service Agencies in regional work units of the local government of Takalar District, South Sulawesi Province. Employees in official offices are chosen because of the variety of jobs that they perform, as well as their duties and responsibilities, and because of this diversity of work, employees are expected to have sufficient knowledge and experience in optimizing the internal control system and report reliability of the finances government. The results of a unidirectional link between Risk Assessment, Control actions, Information & Communication, and Monitoring have a substantial effect on RGFS, according to the results of a t-statistical study utilizing regression. In the Takalar District Government, there is just one dimension in the Government internal control system (GICS) that cannot increase the Reliability of government financial statements (RGFS), namely the Control environment dimension (GICS1).
Pengaruh Due Professional Care dan Akuntabilitas Auditor terhadap Kualitas Audit.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dan memberikan bukti empiris pengaruh Due Professional Care dan Akuntabilitas Auditor Terhadap Kualitas Audit. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode analisis statistik deskriptif dan regresi linear berganda dengan penggunaan Program SPSS. Sampel yang digunakan berdasarkan semua jumlah populasi auditor pada Kantor Inspektorat Provinsi Sulawesi Selatan yaitu 47 auditor. Metode pengumpulan data penelitian dilakukan dengan metode kuesioner. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa due professional care dan akuntabilitas auditor berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kualitas audit baik secara parsial maupun simultan.
This study aimed to determine the optimal concentration of Moringa oleifera leaf extract as an antibacterial agent on Litopenaeus vannamei larvae that are infected by Vibrio sp.. It was conducted in 15 March - 15 April 2019 at PT. Global Gain Superior Seeds, Pantai Cermin, North Sumatera. The research used a completely randomized design (CRD) method with five treatments and four replications. The shrimps infected by Vibrio sp. were immersed into M. oleifera leaf extract in various concentration of (A) 0 ppm, (B) 400 ppm, (C) 600 ppm, (D) 800 ppm, and (E) 1000 ppm for ±15 minutes. The size of shrimp used was post-larvae 8 (length of 3.5-5 mm/ind). The best performance results of vannamei shrimps were obtained in treatment E (1000 ppm), namely length growth of 16.75 ± 1.16 cm, weight growth of 0.92 ± 0.89 g and survival rate of 91±7.87%.Keywords:Moringa oleiferaVibrio sp.Immersion
