The development of technology in Indonesia in the field of education is no stranger to a teacher. For this reason, a teacher is required to master technology. One of the most widely used educational technologies today is online-based learning media. Through this research, it is able to increase the teacher's insight in sorting out the suiTable learning media for use in the learning process. This type of research is classroom action research. The purpose of this study was to determine the increase in motivation and learning outcomes of students using Edmodo learning media assisted by meeting room media on the circulation system material. Classroom Action Research in its implementation uses a cycle pattern, where each cycle requires three meetings and the level of research completion depends on the extent to which the level of achievement of learning success is adjusted to the assessment standards. Each cycle in this research consists of the stages of Planning, Action, Observation / Evaluation, and Reflection activities. The results showed that the use of Edmodo learning media assisted by meeting room media can increase the motivation and learning outcomes of students in the circulation system material.
This study aims to describe the olympic tutors problem-solving skill of the National Science Olympic for elementary school level and analyze based on the type of problem-solving skill. In a National Science Olympic competition, the selection is made based on the ability of students to solve questions, so that the teacher as olympic tutors need to apply correct problemsolving skills as the main key to solving olympic questions. This research was a qualitative descriptive study that aimed to determine the condition of an object through a case study for olympic tutors of the National Science Olympics for elementary school level in Barru Regency, South Sulawesi. The data collection methods were tests and interview. This study showed the olympic tutors problem-solving skill of the National Science Olympic for elementary school level in Barru Regency at the moderate category which revolved around the score 25 - 49. Based on the result of the analysis, in terms of the types and stages of problem-solving, most of the olympic tutors of the National Science Olympic for elementary school level did not understand systematic problem solving and still needed accuracy in choosing the most appropriate equations to use when solving problems.
Improving learning outcomes can be done in various ways, one of which is by applying the right learning model, one of which is Contextual Teaching and Learning. Since the Covid 19 pandemic attacked the world, learning that was previously carried out offline has suddenly been carried out online by utilizing technology. Although online the Contextual Teaching and Learning model can be applied in online learning by utilizing media zoom meetings, google meetings, Google Classroom, and WhatsApp group. This research aims to determine whether there is an effect of the Contextual Teaching and Learning model carried out online on the learning outcomes of Biology students at Unisumuh Makassar. The method in this research is a type of quasi-experiment research with a pretest-posttest control group design research design. The population of this research was all students of biology Unismuh semester V and the sample in this study was 47 students, consisting of 25 people in the experimental group and 22 in the control group. The samples in this study were determined by using a random sampling technique. The results showed that the results of the data analysis of hypothesis testing using the t-test (independent-sample t-test) obtained a Sig value of 0.006 with a significance level (α) of 0.05, which indicates that the Sig value is smaller than the significance level (α). So the conclusion in this study is that there is an effect of the influence of the Contextual Teaching and Learning learning model applied in online learning on the learning outcomes of Biology students at Unismuh Makassar. Iron is a very important element to form hemoglobin (Hb). Blood supplement tablets which are often consumed in the process of adding iron are ferro fumarate, so this study aims to determine the levels of iron (Fe) contained in blood supplement drugs (ferro fumarate). This type of research was a laboratory experiment using the complexometric method and a complex forming substance, namely disodium ethylene diamine tetra acetate (Na2EDTA). A sample of blood supplement tablets (ferro fumarate) which was prepared in 10 tablets was made into powder and then 150 mg was taken and titrated with Na2EDTA as the titrant and using the Erichrome Black T (EBT) indicator resulting in a purple titration end point turning blue. The results showed that the level of iron (Fe) in the blood supplement sample (ferro fumarate) was 200%.
scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
