Corruption is a product of the attitude of life of a group of people who use money as a standard of truth and as absolute power. Corruption has been going on for a long time, since the times of Ancient Egypt, Babylonia, Rome until the Middle Ages and until now. The purpose of this study is to determine the eradication of corruption and law enforcement in terms of the perspective of legal philosophy as a philosophy of implementing positive law in Indonesia. This study is normative legal research with descriptive method which explains that this legal research is carried out using primary legal materials, secondary legal materials and tertiary legal materials. Philosophy of Law which is the basic foundation of thinking in the application of any applicable legal rules and is considered in many branches of science gets special attention on the enforcement of corruption which should be done in eradicating corruption so that enforcement is not only based on written rules alone in eradicating but the eradication of corruption animates law enforcement in enforcement of corruption, written laws can be regulated, but these rules can be implemented by the implementers so that when the rules apply at the time of a criminal act of corruption, they can be in line with what has been written in the laws and regulations.
Forced marriage has no legitimacy in Indonesian marriage law, and is instead categorized as a crime of sexual violence. However, these forms of forced marriage are still common, especially in the case of adultery, as happened in Mandailing, and gain legitimacy from its customary institutions. The purpose of this article is to describe how the role and perception of Namora Natoras in forcing an adulterer's marriage to the principle of consent of the bride and groom. This juridical-empirical research was conducted by collecting data through interviews and other secondary data. The data was processed qualitatively by using content analysis. The results show that Namora Natoras plays an effective role as a customary justice institution in cases of forced marriage in adultery cases, in order to fill the legal vacuum. In Namora Natoras' perception, forcing an adulterer to marry an adulteress is a customary sanction, as an effort to find a balance of nature and provide a deterrent effect, preventing children from being born out of wedlock, a form of repentance, and a form of protection for women to avoid worse perceptions from society. Namora Natoras is of the view that forcing adulterers to marry is more beneficial than upholding the principle of consent of the bride and groom in this case in order to protect the rights of women and children
The realization of the sale and purchase of rice carried out by the community by selling the rice before harvesting or still in the yellowing process and not yet suitable for harvesting. This study aims to find out how the realization of buying and selling is carried out and to find out how buying and selling in the perspective of Islamic economics is on the sale and purchase of rice in Benteng Barat Village. This type of research is qualitative research. The research subjects were farmers and rice farmers with 14 farmers and 4 rice farmers in Benteng Barat Village. While the object of research is the sale and purchase of rice in the perspective of Islamic economics. Data collection techniques are interviews and documentation. The conclusion of this study is the realization of buying and selling carried out is the same as other buying and selling, except that buying and selling is carried out before harvesting by cans or per kilo and rice will be delivered after harvest and buying and selling in the perspective of Islamic economics is still not in accordance with the principles of the Islamic economy. the principle of buying and selling in the perspective of Islamic economics, because there are still many principles that are violated, such as, the principle of God, the principles of benefit/benefit, the principles of ethics/morals and the principle of authenticity.
This paper examines the kafaah contained in family law traditions (hadiths). There are many traditions of the Prophet that talk about Kafa'ah, but here the author only focuses on two hadiths on the grounds that one of the hadiths that the author puts forward more or less may already represent other traditions. From the hadiths, it is stated that kafa'ah at the time of the Prophet SAW was more focused on the religious side. Islam does not recognize the difference between humans and other humans, as long as they are Muslim and pious. This provision has become a benchmark for kafa'ah in marriage on the grounds that every Muslim is a brother. To build and create a sakinah, mawaddah and warahmah household, Islam recommends the existence of kafa'ah or a balance between the prospective husband and wife. But this is not something that is absolute, but something that needs to be considered for the creation of the goal of a happy and eternal marriage, because in principle Islam views the position of humans as equal to other humans.
ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perkembangan siswa belajar daring dengan di dampingi orang tua siswa pada materi operasi hitung campuran pada siswa di kelurahan Tobat Kecamatan Padangsidimpuan utara. Jenis penelitian ini adalah Penelitian deskriptif kualitatif, objek penelitian adalah siswa kelas 1 SD yang sedang melaksanakan pembelajaran daring dengan materi operasi hitung campuran dan orang tua siswa yang mendampingi siswa pada pembelajaran daring di Kelurahan Tobat, Kecamatan Padangsidimpuan Utara. Subjeknya adalah orang tua siswa yang mempunyai anak kelas 1 SD yang belajar tentang materi operasi hitung campuran dan siswa. Instrumen yang digunakan sebagai alat pengumpulan data adalah wawancara dan observasi atau pengamatan. Kemudian data hasil penelitian diolah dengan teknik wawancara terhadap siswa dan orang tua, hasil dari penelitian ini adalah: 1). Hasil perkembangan siswa pada pembelajaran daring dengan didampingi orang tua adalah siswa kurang disiplin, siswa kurang aktif dalam belajar. 2). Peran orang tua dalam pendampingan siswa pada pembelajaran orang tua melaksanakan dua peran sekaligus pertama menjadi orang tua dan kedua menjadi guru di rumah; menyediakan sarana dan prasarana kepada anak; memberikan semangat; motivasi; mengarahkan anak sesuai dengan bakat dan minat yang dimiliki oleh masing-masing anak.
