The COVID-19 virus spreads massively and rapidly so that it is categorized as a pandemic. The Indonesia government then implemented several ways to limit mobility such as social distancing, quarantine, and Isolation (PSBB) as a way to overcome the spread of COVID-19. This limitation of mobility has subsequently become a disruption in the social, economic, and political fields and tourism is the first and most impactful sector area. This research aims how the spread of COVID-19 affect businesses in the tourism industry in South Sulawesi. The research method uses descriptive qualitative approach by adapting and modifying Financial Impact dan Non-Financial Impact from Business Impact Analysis parameter. The research focused on 2 travel agency and 2 local governments. We grouped and compared each unit then looked at the impact of the spread of COVID-19 on these units. The travel agency units were selected by looking at scope and business model from and the 2 local governments were selected by looking at national and local ranking of destinations. The results of the study concluded that the COVID-19 pandemic had a bad impact on South Sulawesi's businesses tourism both financially and non-financially.
Micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs), especially in the creative economy sector in Wajo Regency, have been impacted by the COVID-19 pandemic that has lasted for over a year. This study aimed to examine how MSME actors can create a new market space while maintaining valuable buyers and being able to determine prices that can compete with others. Based on this, the research team attempted to uncover a model of an MSME-led recovery strategy for the creative economy sector during the COVID-19 pandemic, with a focus on woven fabrics. The researchers analyzed the strengths and weaknesses of the industry and the opportunities and threats. Descriptive qualitative methods were used. The recovery strategy was evaluated using the five-carrier analysis method and SWOT analysis. According to the Porter’s Five Forces Analysis, the COVID-19 pandemic did not fundamentally impact the entire silk fabric industry in Sengkang, but it did impact people buying the product. In addition, the results showed that artisans aggressively promoted silk fabrics with an emphasis on a market size strategy. The strategic direction provided a competitive advantage to the Sengkang silk industry, especially in the different promotions in the market space. Penatausahaan barang milik daerah pada Dinas Perumahan Kawasan Permukiman Dan Pertanahan Kabupaten Toraja Utara masih belum berjalan dengan baik, dimana aset yang berpindah-pindah ruangan sehingga tidak diketahui keberadaannya. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui bagaimana Penatausahaan Barang Milik Daerah Pada Dinas Perumahan Kawasan Permukiman Dan Pertanahan Kabupaten Toraja Utara. Pendekatan penelitian yang digunakan yaitu pendekatan kualitatif. Adapun jumlah informan dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 10 orang. Hasil penelitian (1) Pembukuan masih menggunakan sistem manual, masih terdapat BMD yang tidak tercatat dengan baik dan sering terlambat dalam melakukan pembukuan; (2) Inventarisasi barang milik daerah belum memiliki label kode barang, tidak daftar rekap barang dan tidak kartu inventaris barang pada setiap ruangan; (3) pelaporan masih sering terlambat karena kurang disiplinnya pengurus barang dalam membuat laporan dan (4) sumber daya manusia pengurus barang masih kurang memadai, pengurus barang tidak pernah mengikuti atau mendapatkan pelatihan terkait penatausahaan BMD.
