Evaluation is an important aspect of leadership training management since the result of evaluation can be used as inputs for future improvement. However, the current practices of training evaluation are dominated by in-training evaluation to measure the participants’ reaction and learning. Training institutions are still reluctant to conduct post training evaluation to find out the performance of the alumni as the impact and benefit of leadership training. This article attemtps to describe the result of post leadership training evaluation, focusing on describing the alumni career and performance using online information system. From the operational point of view, this study found out that using information system is really helpful in managing evaluation data faster and more acurately. The findings of this study indicate that the majority of the respondents admitted their performances have improved after the training as indicated by the continuation of their innovation projects. Key Words: Leadership Training, Evaluating Training Impact, Information System AbstrakEvaluasi adalah tahapan penting dalam manajemen pelatihan kepemimpinan karena hasil evaluasi dapat menjadi input berharga untuk proses perbaikan. Namun, praktek evaluasi pelatihan yang saat ini dilakukan masih terbatas pada evaluasi saat pelatihan untuk menilai reaksi dan pencapaian kompetensi peserta. Lembaga pelatihan masih jarang melaksanakan evaluasi pascapelatihan untuk menilai kinerja alumni pelatihankepemimpinan. Tulisan ini mencoba memaparkan hasil evaluasi pascapelatihan kepemimpinan dengan fokus kepada karir dan kinerja para alumni dengan menggunakan bantuan teknologi informasi dalam jaringan (daring). Dari sisi proses pelaksanaan evaluasi, data menunjukkan bahwa sistem informasi daring dapat dengan cepat dan akurat menghasilkan informasi tentang karir, keberlanjutan proyek perubahan, dan peningkatan kinerja individu para alumni. Sedangkan hasil analisis data menunjukkan bahwa mayoritas responden evaluasi menyatakan mereka mengalami peningkatan kinerja pascapelatihan yang ditunjukkan dengan keberlanjutan proyek perubahan / inovasi di organisasinya. Kualitas pelayanan adalah mutu yang menunjukkan tingkat baik maupun buruknya suatu jenis pelayanan dari pemerintah (sector public) kepada individu yang dapat memberikan feedback positif yaitu kepuasan masyarakat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh parsial dan simultan kualitas pelayanan (care and concern, spontaneity, problem solving dan service recovery) terhadap kepuasan masyarakat di Kecamatan Biringkanaya; dan mengetahui dimensi kualitas pelayanan yang paling dominan mempengaruhi kepuasan masyarakat di Kecamatan Biringkanaya. Metode yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kuantitatif. Rancangan penelitian yang digunakan adalah Cross sectional. Jumlah sampel sebanyak 100 orang responden yang ditentukan melalui teknik probability sampling dengan pengambilan sampel secara stratified proportional sampling, yang berarti sampel dikelompokkan ke dalam beberapa sub populasi (tiap Kelurahan) sehingga setiap kelurahan akan memiliki sampelnya masing-masing. Pengambilan data menggunakan angket. Analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi linear berganda dengan uji t dan uji f. Hasil penelitian menujukkan bahwa care and concern, spontaneity, problem solving dan service recovery berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan masyarakat. Artinya kepuasan masyarakat dipengaruhi oleh care and concern, spontaneity, problem solving dan service recovery, selebihnya dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini.
Tourism villages have emerged as a viable option for local economic development and community welfare. As a result, the development of tourist villages has become a national initiative. The purpose of this research is to examine the accomplishments of a tourist village's management using the triple bottom line concept. Nonongan Selatan Tourism Village in North Toraja Regency and Kolesawangan Tourism Village in Tana Toraja Regency were chosen as research sites. The data for this study was gathered using a qualitative method, including interviews, observation, and document analysis. The findings of this study show that the Tourism Village Concept, as applied to Lembang Nonongan Selatan Village, which emphasizes people's daily lives, and Lembang Kole Sawangan Village, which emphasizes historical tourist destinations, has reflected the Triple Bottom Line Concept, which is measured in three areas: profit, people, and planet. This demonstrates that the concept of a tourist village is consistent with the government's goals, which are to improve the quality of life and welfare of the community while maintaining environmental quality. The COVID-19 virus spreads massively and rapidly so that it is categorized as a pandemic. The Indonesia government then implemented several ways to limit mobility such as social distancing, quarantine, and Isolation (PSBB) as a way to overcome the spread of COVID-19. This limitation of mobility has subsequently become a disruption in the social, economic, and political fields and tourism is the first and most impactful sector area. This research aims how the spread of COVID-19 affect businesses in the tourism industry in South Sulawesi. The research method uses descriptive qualitative approach by adapting and modifying Financial Impact dan Non-Financial Impact from Business Impact Analysis parameter. The research focused on 2 travel agency and 2 local governments. We grouped and compared each unit then looked at the impact of the spread of COVID-19 on these units. The travel agency units were selected by looking at scope and business model from and the 2 local governments were selected by looking at national and local ranking of destinations. The results of the study concluded that the COVID-19 pandemic had a bad impact on South Sulawesi's businesses tourism both financially and non-financially.
