This study aims to find out (1) the program of implementing Sufism values in the moral development of santri at Miftahul Huda Gading Malang Islamic Boarding School; (2) the process of implementing Sufism values in the moral development of santri at Miftahul Huda Gading Malang Islamic Boarding School; and (3) the success of Sufism values in the moral development of santri at Miftahul Huda Gading Malang Islamic Boarding School. The type of study is a case study with the qualitative method. The data collection uses the method of observation, interviews, and documentation. As for the data analysis using a case study qualitative analysis. The results show that the implementing Sufism values in the moral development of santri Miftahul Huda Islamic Boarding School have three programs: (1) Diniyah formal namely Madrasah Matholiul Huda with the Sufism curriculum that obligatory follow for every santri; (2) Nonformal learning namely cottage learning in outside the formal time which took place in the mosque, hall and in the house of the caregiver; (3) Toriqoh namely toriqoh qodiriyah wa naqsabandiyah followed only by santri who fulfilled the requirements. While the process of implementing the values of Sufism in the moral development of santri at Miftahul Huda Islamic Boarding School (a) through habituation of dhikr to fard prayer, (b) uswatun hasanah or caregiver status, (c) tasawuf through education, and (d) toriqoh. The success implementing Sufism values in the moral development of santri Miftahul Huda Islamic Boarding School is characterized by changes in santri’s behavior and attitudes or can be judged by the evaluation of Bloom, namely cognitive, affective, and psychomotor.
The digital age is an era where technology and information can be accessed by anyone, anywhere and under any conditions, so that it can have a positive and negative impact on parents’ responsibilities to children and child development. This article is the result of a bibliographical study on parents’ responsibilities to children in the digital age under the perspective of Islamic family law in Indonesia. Data are collected using documentation techniques and analyzed using descriptive methods with deductive mindset. Based on this study, parents are responsible for being more selective in nurturing, educating, and protecting children in today’s digital era. They are also asked to understand information technology and systems. Parents must be able to actualize children’s rights, including: maintenance of honor (?if? al-'ir?), maintenance of religious rights (?if? al-d?n), maintenance of the soul (?if? al-nafs), maintenance of reason (?if? al -'aql) and maintenance of property (?if? al-m?l).
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui (1) pengaruh Kepemimpinan, Budaya Organisasi dan Motivasi Kerja terhadap Kinerja Pegawai baik secara parsial maupun simultan (2) mengetahui variabel yang paling dominan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Penelitian dilaksanakan pada bulan Oktober sampai dengan bulan November tahun 2021 pada Kantor Pertanahan Kabupaten Kepulauan Selayar. Berdasarkan populasi pegawai di lokasi penelitian sebanyak 54 pegawai maka ditetapkan jumlah sampel yang menjadi responden sebanyak 54 pegawai (α=5%). Instrumen penelitian menggunakan kuesioner yang dibagikan kepada responden. Metode penelitian menerapkan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan melakukan pengujian hipotesis menggunakan model regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) kepemimpinan berpengaruh signifikan secara parsial terhadap kinerja (2) Budaya Organisasi berpengaruh signifikan secara parsial terhadap Kinerja (3) Motivasi Kerja berpengaruh signifikan secara parsial terhadap kinerja (4) Variabel Kepemimpinan, Budaya Organisasi dan Motivasi Kerja berpengaruh signifikan secara simultan terhadap variabel Kinerja Pegawai yang ditunjukkan dengan nilai f hitung 30,027> f tabel 2,790 dan nilai signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05. Nilai R square sebesar 0,643 menunjukkan bahwa variabel penelitian yang digunakan mampu menjelaskan variabel Kinerja Pegawai dengan ketepatan 64,3%. Hasil perhitungan kontribusi relatif menunjukkan bahwa variabel dominan yang mempengaruhi variabel Kinerja Pegawai pada Kantor Pertanahan Kabupaten Kepulauan Selayar yaitu variabel Motivasi Kerja sebesar 53,6%. This study aims to determine (1) the effect of leadership, organizational culture and work motivation on employee performance, both partially and simultaneously (2) to determine the most dominant variable on employee performance. The research was conducted from October to November 2021 at the Selayar Islands Regency Land Office. Based on the population of employees at the research location as many as 54 employees, the number of samples that became respondents was determined as 54 employees (α=5%). The research instrument used a questionnaire which was distributed to the respondents. The research method applies a quantitative approach by testing the hypothesis using multiple linear regression models. The results show that (1) leadership has a partially significant effect on performance (2) Organizational Culture has a partially significant effect on Performance (3) Work Motivation has a partially significant effect on performance (4) Leadership, Organizational Culture and Work Motivation has a significant effect on performance. Simultaneous to the Employee Performance variable, which is indicated by the value of f arithmetic 30,027> f table 2,790 and a significance value of 0.000 <0.05. The R square value of 0.643 indicates that the research variables used are able to explain the Employee Performance variable with an accuracy of 64.3%. The results of the calculation of the relative contribution indicate that the dominant variable that affects the Employee Performance variable at the Selayar Islands Regency Land Office is the Work Motivation variable of 53.6%
