Dysmenorrhea is the cramping, pain and other discomfort associated with menstruation. The incidence of menstrual pain in the world is very high, it is said that because it is estimated that> 50% of women in all countries experience menstrual pain. In Indonesia, the incidence of dysmenorrhea is 64.25% consisting of 54.89% primary dysmenorrhea and 9.36% secondary dysmenorrhea. This study aims to determine the effect of lavender aromatherapy candles on the level of primary dysmenorrhea in female students of SMA Negeri 1 Kotamobagu. This study used a pre-experimental research type, with one group pretest-posttest design. Determination of the sample in this study using non-probability sampling with total sampling technique, where the sample in this study were all female students who experienced primary dysmenorrhea in class XI IPA A and XI IPA B, totaling 24 people. The analysis used was univariate and bivariate, where the relationship test was performed using the Wilcoxon statistical test. The instrument used was the Numeric Rating Scale (NRS). Samples were given lavender aromatherapy candles for 60 minutes when they felt menstrual pain. The results of this study indicate the value of ρ = 0.000, where the value of ρ <α, then Ha is accepted. So, it can be concluded that there is an effect of aromatherapy candles on the level of primary dysmenorrhea in female students of SMA Negeri 1 Kotamobagu. The suggestion of this study is that pain management can be done by non-pharmacological methods such as relaxation techniques using lavender aromatherapy candles without having to take pharmacological drugs and this research can be used as a reference regarding the effect of lavender aromatherapy candles on primary dysmenorrhea.
Stroke is a major health problem for society. Almost all over the world, stroke is a serious problem with higher morbidity and mortality rates than cardiovascular disease. A sudden stroke can cause physical and mental disability as well as death, both at productive age and the elderly, 80% of strokes are non-hemorrhagic strokes (NHS). This stroke is caused by many risk factors such as hypertension, cholesterol, obesity, DM, increased hematocrit, according to an initial survey conducted by the service team, we see that patient and family knowledge is still very lacking regarding how to prevent and treat NHS, therefore it is important to hold counseling. This service was carried out in the RSP ICU Room. Ibn Sina YW-UMI. The dedication method is by Lectures/Counseling, Discussions and Questions and Answers. As a result of the dedication, we got the patient's family enthusiastic and active in asking questions so that they are committed to avoiding stress, stopping smoking, exercising, controlling blood pressure, and maintaining a healthy lifestyle, they say their knowledge has increased about stroke.
Dismenore adalah kram, nyeri dan ketidaknyamanan lainnya yang dihubungkan dengan menstruasi. Angka kejadian nyeri menstruasi di dunia sangat tinggi, dikatakan demikian karena diperkirakan >50% perempuan di semua negara mengalami nyeri menstruasi. Di Indonesia angka kejadian dismenore sebesar 64.25% yang terdiri dari 54.89% dismenore primer dan 9.36% dismenore sekunder. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh lilin aromaterapi lavender terhadap tingkat dismenore primer pada siswi SMA Negeri 1 Kotamobagu. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian pra-eksperimental, dengan desain one group pretest-posttest design. Penentuan sampel pada penelitian ini menggunakan non probability sampling dengan teknik total sampling, dimana sampel pada penelitian ini adalah semua siswi yang mengalami dismenore primer pada kelas XI IPA A dan XI IPA B yang berjumlah 24 orang. Analisa yang digunakan uji statistik Wilcoxon. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah Numeric Rating Scale (NRS). Sampel diberikan lilin aromaterapi lavender selama 60 menit saat merasakan nyeri haid. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan nilai ρ = 0.000, dimana nilai ρ<α, maka Ha diterima. Sehingga, dapat disimpulkan bahwa ada pengaruh lilin aromaterapi terhadap tingkat dismenore primer pada siswi SMA Negeri 1 Kotamobagu. Adapun saran dari penelitian ini adalah mengatasi nyeri bisa dilakukan dengan metode non farmakologis seperti melakukan teknik relaksasi dengan menggunakan lilin aromaterapi.
Spiritual care adalah praktek keperawatan yang dilakukan perawat untuk memenuhi spiritual pasien berdasarkan nilai-nilai keperawatan spiritual, berfokus menghormati pasien, interaksi kebutuhan yang ramah, simpatik, mendengarkan penuh perhatian, memberikan kekuatan pada pasien dan memberdayakan mereka terkait penyakitnya, serta meyakinkan pasien tentang agamanya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh tingkat pengetahuan dan sikap spiritual perawat terhadap spiritual care pasien di ruang perawatan bedah dan anak RSUD Kabupaten Buton. Jenis penelitian yaitu survei analitik, menggunakan metode cross sectional study. Penelitian dilaksanakan tanggal 26 November 2020 sampai selesai dan menggunakan instrumen berupa kuesioner. Penentuan sampel menggunakan teknik total sampling sebanyak 30 responden. Uji hubungan dilakukan menggunakan uji statistik Chi Square dengan tingkat kemaknaan α lebih besar 0.05. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perawat memiliki tingkat pengetahuan baik sebanyak 25 orang (83,3%), perawat memiliki sikap positif sebanyak 16 orang (53,3%), dan perawat yang memiliki spiritual care baik sebanyak 16 orang (53,3%). Kesimpulannya, terdapat pengaruh tingkat pengetahuan dan sikap spiritual perawat terhadap spiritual care pasien di ruang perawatan bedah dan anak RSUD Kabupaten Buton. Diharapkan agar manajemen Rumah Sakit memperhatikan pelatihan keperawatan spiritual bagi perawat sehingga dapat meningkatkan pengetahuan dan sikap spiritual mereka.
