The development of internet technologies and smartphones have changed the behavior of people in everyday life interact with one another. Society is becoming more easily in requesting and obtaining information through mobile devices. Surakarta is an autonomous region with the status of a town under the Central Java province that has many interesting attractions area for foreign tourists as well as locals. By 2015 the number of tourists visiting the city of Surakarta as much as 4.2 million people. Some tourists still difficulty in getting information on the location of tourist attractions in the city of Surakarta. This research is used to help travelers in monetizing location information tours in the city of Surakarta. This research method using KNN algorithm, K-means and collaborative filtering. Distance between data user's needs with a purpose will be collected in a category with KNN algorithm and data will be grouped based on the cluster with the nearest mean. Then choose the nearest one and filter options and recommend options are left with major users. The results of the research were obtained that travelers easy and quick in getting the location information in the tourist city of Surakarta. So taste our satisfaction to travelers and may increase the number of tourists visiting the city of Surakarta.
The revolution in information and communication technology occurred during the last few years. During the COVID-19 pandemic that hit Indonesia, all sectors experienced obstacles, including the education sector which was hampered from carrying out teaching and learning activities. Along with the times, the process of teaching and learning activities in the classroom now has many challenges and demands. One-way learning makes the learning atmosphere boring, it is feared that it will affect students' motivation to study the material, so it is modified into blended learning. This model combines offline and online learning, is student centered, namely students must be active in understanding the material, efficient in time, energy, and place because it can be done anywhere. The methods used in this training activity are lectures and discussions, guidance and training. As a result of this blended learning In House Training, all participants actively participated in this activity and participants gained new insights about blended learning strategies that could be implemented in the classroom teaching process during the COVID-19 pandemic to become more varied and innovative
Along development process of teaching activities in classroom has many challenges and demands. The increasing number information channels that can be accessed by students so that teacher often lags far behind the updated information that has been received. Therefore teacher is forced to compensate by looking for various additional information. One of the learning strategies that has not been widely applied today is the e-learning strategy. Edmodo is a paid e-learning website that can be utilized teachers implementing learning strategies. But there are still many teachers who do not know and utilize it to fullest helping learning process in the classroom. The method used this training is lecture, discussion and direct practice. The lecture method and discussion are used to convey information relating the theories and benefits of applying edmodo. With direct practice, teachers will be more understanding in applying edmodo. It is expected that after this training, teachers are able compile learning materials in e-learning online so that teachers are not only fixated on conventional learning models. After that, the teacher can implement e-learning in the class he is teaching. Starting from listening material, making assignments given through assignments and online quizzes for the subjects they teach. Semakin banyaknya jalur informasi yang dapat diakses oleh siswa sehingga tidak jarang guru tertinggal jauh dari updatenya informasi yang sudah diterima oleh siswa. Oleh karena itu guru dipaksa harus mengimbanginya dengan mencari berbagai informasi tambahan. Salah satu strategi belajar yang belum banyak diterapkan saat ini adalah strategi belajar e-learning. Edmodo merupakan website e-learning tidak berbayar yang dapat dimanfaatkan oleh guru dalam menerapkan strategi belajar e-learning. Namun masih banyak guru yang belum mengetahui dan memanfaatkannya secara maksimal dalam membantu proses belajar mengajar di kelas. Metode yang digunakan dalam pelatihan ini yaitu ceramah, diskusi dan praktek langsung. Metode ceramah dan diskusi digunakan untuk menyampaikan informasi yang berkaitan dengan teori-teori dan manfaat menerapkan edmodo. Dengan praktek langsung, guru-guru akan lebih memahami dalam menerapkan edmodo. Diharapkan setelah diadakan pelatihan ini, guru-guru SMA IT Plus Bazma Brilliant mampu menyusun materi pembelajaran secara e-learning online sehingga guru tidak hanya terpaku pada model pembelajaran konvensional saja. Setelah itu, guru dapat mengimplementasikan pembelajaran e-learning di dalam kelas yang diampunya. Pekanbaru City is a place that has a huge tourism potential. Pekanbaru is very strong with the Malay culture that is proven that Pekanbaru has many Malay style tourism buildings. The culture of Pekanbaru city has different attraction for tourists. Various information about tourism developments, supporting facilities, tourism objects, visitor information about the locals is important information to know. However, many unknown places are worth a visit but people do not know about their existence, because of the lack of public information. The purpose of this research is to design an application on an Android smartphone for Tour Guide Pekanbaru. The system will use GPS to find the user point and can provide information about tourist attractions, hotels, restaurants and shopping so that they can use the time in Pekanbaru effectively. The recommendation would be to use the neighboring K-nearby algorithm (KNN) to determine the closest place. The result of this tour guide is the user can detail information about tourist attractions, hotels, places to eat and shopping centers in the city of Pekanbaru as desired by the user. Tourist attraction information and directions with minimal GPS accuracy error 10 meters distance and maximum error 40 meters. The speed of the application in determining the user position depends on strong network signal and the condition of the surroundings
