This investigation was carried out on the adoption of the e-money payment model with the application of a quantitative and qualitative approach (mixed methods). Online questionnaires, which included closed-ended questions on a Likert five-point scale and open-ended questions, were distributed through social media chat groups. Respondent samples were drawn from the population of adolescent customers in Indonesia. The collected questionnaires were verified for accuracy, reliability, and validity before the data were analyzed. Adequate data were used to test the relationship model between latent variables, and the relationship of latent variables in the model was tested using partial least squares by employing Smart-PLS 3.0 software and NVIVO 12 plus. The final analysis shows that the reasons for adopting e-money are practicality and convenience. The main reasons that customers adopt electronic money are its practicality, ease of use, efficient transaction time, faster payment, and the simplicity of the payment process. The final modeling formed good-fit inner and outer models. This model verifies the significant influence of social factors, effort expectancy, and facilitation conditions on e-money attitudes. Additionally, social factors, effort expectancy, and attitudes have a significant influence on e-money behavior.
This study aims to examining the effect of financial literacy on the performance of Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) in Malang. This explanatory study was conducted in Sukun District, Malang City. The population was SMEs that located in Sukun District, Malang City which were selected using proportionate stratified random sampling with the total number of 220 samples. The study used descriptive quantitative design with primary data as the data source. The data was analyzed using Smart Partial Least Square (PLS) 3.3 Version with hypothesis tested using Bootstrap. The results of this study indicate that: 1) the financial literacy of the SMEs in Sukun District, Malang City was at a good literacy level which is Sufficient Literate; 2) the Small and Medium Enterprises in Sukun District has a good level of business performance; and Analysis of Smart PLS shows that financial literacy has a positive and significant effect on the performance of Small and Medium Enterprises in Sukun District, Malang. Therefore, financial literacy of the business owner has an important role in business performance. financial literacy can help business actors to gain adequate financial knowledge and capabilities in preparing their business financial strategies and improving their business performance
This research aims to review the influence of financial attitude, financial knowledge, mission control, and financial self-efficacy in the millennial generations in Mojolangu. Included in this study as many as 100 respondents purposive sampling method. Sampling technical data to the analysis in this study using multiple linear regression. Based on test results obtained, financial knowledge of financial attitude, locus of control, and financial self-efficacy in partially significant and positive behavior on financial management. The Independent variable most dominant in contributing to the behavior of financial management is the attitude of financial variables.
This study aims to analyze the effect of financial literacy on financial behavior in the community in Malang district. The design and approach used is the mix method. The data used in this study are primary in the form of literacy and financial behavior of the public, and secondary data in the form of financial institution information in the Malang Regency. Samples of farmers in 33 districts were selected using Multi Stage Random Sampling. Data was collected by observing, interviewing and distributing questionnaires. The result showed that the interaction between financial literacy and finance house significantly affects financial behavior. Financial literacy is to have the ability and knowledge of concept and risk, and skill to make more effective decision in finance individually, in a family, and in society. The finance house would help the society to know how to come into decision in managing their finance. It would change the society’s behavior from having lack of knowledge, ability, and belief in financial products and services to having them comprehensively, including knowing features, risks, and advantages of financial products and services. Additionally, it is expected that the society would have ability in using the financial products and services.
Sampah menjadi masalah di perkotaan, terlebih tujuan wisata seperti Kota Batu, Jawa Timur. Sebagai upaya penguatan kesadaran sejak dini bagaimana mengatasi permasalahan sampah dan penguatan karakter cinta lingkungan berbasis agama Islam, maka dilakukan pengabdian di SMP Muhammadiyah 2 dan SMP Muhammadiyah 8 Kota Batu. Artikel ini bertujuan mendeskripsikan implementasi program “Sekolah Sedekah Sampah” di SMP Muhammadiyah Kota Batu. Subjek pengabdian ini adalah masing-masing 3 orang guru dan 50 siswa SMP Muhammadiyah 2 dan SMP Muhammadiyah 8 Kota Batu. Pengabdian dilakukan selama delapan bulan dalam bentuk pelatihan, pendampingan, dan praktik langsung (implementasi). Evaluasi keberhasilan pengabdian didasarkan pada proses dan output, yaitu antusiasme peserta, dihasilkannya produk, peningkatan kompetensi peserta dalam pengelolaan sampah, dan produk berupa lingkungan sekolah yang lebih hijau. Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan bahwa rerata kehadiran peserta mencapai 95%, dihasilkannya logo dan konsep 3S, ada peningkatan kompetensi peserta dalam pengelolaan sampah (pemberlakuan konsep 3S), dan produk berupa lingkungan sekolah yang lebih hijau. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa pengabdian masyarakat telah diimplementasikan dengan sangat baik.
