Pandemi Covid-19 menyebabkan banyak masalah baik bagi kesehatan fisik maupun kesehatan mental khususnya bagi tenaga kesehatan. Dampak psikologis yang muncul diantaranya berupa stress dan kecemasan perawat selama melakukan perawatan pasien di masa pandemi Covid-19 dan merupakan penyebab potensial terjadinya masalah kesehatan mental bagi perawat. Dampak psikologis yang dialami secara langsung dapat menghambat kemampuan perawat dalam memberikan pelayanan. Kinerja perawat dikhawatirkan akan terpengaruh sehingga pelayanan kesehatan menjadi tidak maksimal karena semakin banyak stressor yang dialami oleh perawat maka akan semakin sulit dalam menjalankan tugas pelayanan. Penelitian ini adalah bertujuan untuk mengetahui dampak psikologis (stress dan kecemasan) dengan kinerja perawat di ruang isolasi Covid-19 RSUD Bhakti Dharma Husada Surabaya. Penelitian ini menggunakan rancangan penelitian kuantitatif dengan desain corelllational, jumlah sampel 36 responden dimana metode pendekatan yang digunakan adalah cross sectional. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik non probability sampling dengan purposive sampling. Dalam penelitian ini variabel bebasnya yaitu dampak psikologis (stress dan kecemasan), variabel tergantungnya yaitu kinerja perawat. Data diambil dengan kuesioner stress dan kecemasan dari DASS 42 dan lembar observasi kinerja perawat kemudian dianalisa dengan uji statistik korelasi Spearman’s Rho, interpretasi hasil menggunakan r tabel product moment. Hasil penelitian didapatkan adanya hubungan dampak psikologis (stress) dengan kinerja perawat di ruang isolasi Covid-19 dengan nilai lebih dari r tabel yaitu 0,421 dan tidak adanya hubungan antara dampak psikologis (kecemasan) dengan kinerja perawat di ruang isolasi Covid-19 dengan nilai lebih kecil dari r tabel yaitu 0,215. Upaya mencegah terjadinya dampak psikologis yang buruk dan berkelanjutan bagi perawat, maka diharapkan rumah sakit dapat melakukan penilaian kesehatan mental berkala, memberikan dukungan, dan bantuan penanganan psikologis berupa konsultasi psikologis bagi perawat yang terdampak psikologisnya untuk mengatasi masalah kesehatan mental pada perawat.
