Zusammenfassung
In den wachsenden Hyphen von Nannizzia incurvata (Microsporum gypseum), Microsporum cookei, Keratinomyces ajelloi, Epidermophyton floccosum, Trichophyton mentagrophytes und T. rubrum wurden Strangkerne und ihre longitudinale Teilung nachgewiesen. Diese Teilung ist mit der Differenzierung von Chromosomen verbunden und weist den Charakter einer modifizierten Mitose auf.
Zusammenfassung
Es wurde der vielkernige Charakter der riesigen Adiasporen von Emmonsia crescens Emmons et Jellinson1960 bestätigt. Riesige Adiasporen entwickeln sidi aus kleinen ein‐kernigen Sporen durch wiederholte Kernteilung und durch Zellwachstum ohne Cytodieresis. Der Kern teilt sich mitotisch. Die Spindel und Zentriolen konnten nicht festgestelh werden. In den Hyphenzellen befinden sich kugelförmige interkinetische Kerne, elongierte Kerne, ringförmige Kerne und korpuskuläre fadenförmige Kerne.
