Marine tourism activities in small islands have an important role in the development of Indonesia maritime sector. This study aimed to estimate the economic value of marine tourism activities in Untung Jawa Island. Individual Travel Cost Method (ITCM) was selected to analyze the level of tourism demand of Untung Jawa. Samples were taken from three different season visits are weekday, weekend, and national holidays. The results showed the factors that have an effect on the level of tourist demand of Untung Jawa Island are travel cost, income, and distance to the location. The potential economic value of marine tourism Untung Jawa Island was IDR 68,505,101,600 with consumer surplus of IDR 397,592 per individual trip. This value is higher than the average of actual visitor expenditure which reached IDR 296,860 per individual trip. Tourism activity has a positive impact on economic conditions of local communities. The results of this study have provided useful information for sustainable management of marine resources.
Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Work From Home (X1) dan Work From Office (X2) sebagai variabel bebas terhadap efektivitas kinerja karyawan (Y) sebagai variabel terikat. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan perolehan data melalui hasil kuesioner yang disebarkan kepada 57 karyawan generasi milenial yang bekerja di Tangerang selama pandemic berlangsung. Dari hasil penelitian yang sudah dilakukan didapatkan hasil bahwa tidak ada pengaruh yang signifikan dari Work From Home (WFH) dan Work From Office (WFO) terhadap efektivitas kinerja karyawan di era pandemic Covid-19.
The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of paylater on product repurchase at Shopee E-commerce. This study uses quantitative methods with primary data as a reference. The population in this study is people who have bought products using Shopee Paylater more than 1 time at Shopee Indonesia and the sample is 125 people. The data collection technique used a questionnaire consisting of 25 questions in total. The analytical technique used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis by conducting validity tests, reliability tests, followed by hypothesis testing after the assumption test is met. From the analysis conducted, it can be concluded that: (1) Trust (X1) is negative towards repurchase (Y). (2) Ease (X2) has an effect on repurchase (Y). (3) security (X3) has an effect on repurchase (Y). (4) Trust (X1), convenience (X2) and security (X3) affect repurchase (Y). Price can be one reason for customers to decide to buy the goods or services they need. Because with a low price but getting the quality of goods that are in accordance with what they want, the customer will feel satisfied. Product quality is a very important part related to products that meet consumer desires or expectations. Customers in making their choices will definitely choose the one that suits their needs and desires that can make them feel satisfied and then decide to continue buying the product. A person's decision to buy one of them is influenced by an assessment of the quality of the product. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of product, price and service quality on customer satisfaction at Yugo Restaurant in Gading Serpong. This research is a quantitative field research. The population in this study were all customers at Yugo Restaurant in Gading Serpong in the amount of 150 people, with a sample of 60 customers taken at random (random sampling). The data collection technique used a questionnaire and the data analysis technique used multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that based on the results of multiple regression analysis on the fourth hypothesis test, namely that there is an effect of Product, Price and Service Quality together on customer satisfaction, it is known that the calculated F value is 755.461, and with a significance level (p-value), 0.000. This means that the value of Sig < value (0.000 < 0.05), it can be concluded that there is an effect of Product, Price and Service Quality together on customer satisfaction at Yugo Restaurant in Gading Serpong. The magnitude of the effect of the variable Product, Price and Service Quality simultaneously (together) on customer satisfaction is 97.6%.
This study aims to determine how service quality can have an influence on customer satisfaction at hospital X Tangerang. The benefit of this research is to be able to build and provide even better services and be able to increase customer confidence to return for treatment at hospital X Tangerang. This study uses a questionnaire as a method of collecting data on respondents' perceptions. And for the analysis technique used quantitative analysis. The results of this study indicate that there is an influence between Service Quality (X) on Customer Satisfaction (Y) with a determination coefficient of 75.5%.
