Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui manajemen Pasraman, faktor penghambat dan pendukung, cara mengatasi faktor penghambat dan hasil pendidikan pasraman dalam mewujudkan siswa yang cerdas berbudaya di Pasraman Padma Bhuana Yogyakarta. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif. Teknik yang digunakan dalam pengumpulan data adalah dengan observasi secara langsung, wawancara secara langsung dan dokumentasi. Data yang diperoleh dari hasil observasi dan wawancara dengan informan dianalisis menggunakan teknik analisis data triangulasi. Hasil penelitian adalah: 1. Manajemen Pasraman Padma Bhuana Saraswati melaksanakan perencanaan, pengorganisasian, pelaksanaan dan pengendalian secara bersama. Perencanaan dilakukan dengan menentukan program tetap, program jangka pendek dan program jangka Panjang.; 2. Faktor pendukung dan faktor penghambat dalam menyelenggarakan pendidikan adalah: Faktor pendukung yaitu soliditas pengurus inti, komitmen orang tua, dukungan pemerintah dan dukungan guru pasraman. Beberapa yang menjadi faktor yang menjadi penghambat adalah keterbatasan waktu orang tua, kehadiran anggota baru dan kondisi sisya yang cepat bosan.; 3. Langkah mengatasi faktor penghambat yang dilakukan adalah menggunakan sistem wilayah/blok yang dimanfaatkan untuk menggandeng atau mengajak berangkat bareng ketika orang tua tidak bisa mengantarkan sisya.

Because, in essence, it hurts life in this universe, its thighs actually hurt themselves. Because Hinduism places great importance on universal truths, everything that exists has the same rights and obligations and cannot be bound by others in any form or way. If the values of harmony, religious norms in the archipelago are tainted, morality is degraded, then destruction, evil will be rampant. Sadistic murders occur everywhere, raping, drug networks, coronations as if they are difficult to eradicate and terrorism networks that are enemies of the world and humanity have not been able to be overcome to the maximum. Sophisticated communication networks often inconvenience humanity. This goes back to the true human identity, by grounding religious teachings, understood to be lived and practiced in the life of the nation and state, religious teachings are not solely in the air, but religious values are able to interpret this life in accordance with the goals of human life namely Catur Marga Yoga.
