Model pembelajaran berbasis proyek merupakan variasi pembelajaran yang melibatkan kerja proyek dengan manajemen guru yang dikerjakan siswa. Dalam pembelajaran tersebut membutuhkan suatu pemikiran yang lebih mendalam karena tugas siswa membuat suatu hasil karya. Psikomotorik berkaitan dengan tindakan dan keterampilan. Penelitian yang dilakukan oleh pendidikan ini bertujuan untuk menggambarkan penerapan pembelajaran berbasis proyek yang disesuaikan dengan kegiatan yang mengasah keterampilan peserta didik sesuai dengan usia pengembangan sekolah dasar. Psikomotorik berkaitan dengan tindakan dan ketrampilan. Penelitian yang dilaksanakan didikan ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan penerapan pembelajaran berbasis proyek yang disesuaikan dengan aktivitas yang mengasah keterampilan peserta didik sesuai dengan usia perkembangan sekolah dasar. Metode pengambilan data dalam penelitian ini melalui wawancara, observasi, serta dokumentasi. Analisis data menggunakan model Miles and Huberman. Hasil dari penelitian ini menampilkan bahwa pembelajaran berbasis proyek dapat diajarkan sesuai dengan jenjang kelas sekolah dasar sesuai dengan perkembangan psikomotoriknya.
Daily problems are often expressed in the form of math story problems. However, mathematics is often seen as scary because it is difficult to learn, causing errors in doing math story problems. The aims of this study is analyses the types of problem-solving errors in solving math story problems and analyses the factors that cause problem solving errors in solving math story problems. This research is a type of qualitative research with a case study approach. The subjects in this study were elementary school students in grade 5 with the object of research being student errors in answering math story questions. Data collection techniques using question answer sheets and interviews. The data analysis technique uses Miles and Huberman interactive data analysis techniques. The results showed that reading errors were 39%, comprehension errors were 81%, transformation errors were 88%, process skill errors as much as 90%, and writing errors in the final answer (encoding errors) as much as 90%. Cognitive factors that cause problem solving errors in math story problems are: memory weakness; the weakness of understanding; and weak analysis. The non-cognitive factors that cause problem-solving errors in math story problems are how students learn and how to teach teachers. Based on the results of the study, teachers need to improve students' abilities to reduce process skill errors and writing errors in the final answer.
Tujuan dari penulisan artikel ini adalah untuk mendiskripsikan peran guru dalam membentuk karakter siswa di Sekolah Dasar (SD). Hasil dan pembahasan yang diuraikan dalam tulisan artikel ini diharapkan dapat menjadi informasi yang bermanfaat. Selain itu, tulisan artikel ini diharapkan juga dapat menjadi kajian pendukung bagi penulisan-penulisan artikel berikutnya yang relevan. Rumusan masalah dari penelitian ini adalah Bagaimana peran guru dalam membentuk karakter siswa? Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Studi Lapangan dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Berdasarkan pelaksanaan dan hasil penelitian mengenai peran Guru dalam membentuk karakter siswa SD, maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa dalam membentuk karakter peserta didik terdapat beberapa Peran Guru Kelas yaitu ada empat: guru sebagai model dan teladan, pembimbing, pengarah, dan evaluator. The current era of development demands continuous improvement in the knowledge and skills of human resources. The effective management of teacher development in the field of education requires well-structured approaches. This study aims to describe and explain human resource development management in the context of 21st-century education at Qur'an Platinum Kindergarten, covering the planning, implementation, and evaluation stages. A qualitative research method was employed, using a descriptive case study approach. Data collection techniques involved observation, interviews, and documentation, while data analysis utilized technical and source triangulation. The findings indicate that human resource development management in the 21st-century education era begins with planning, employing techniques such as SWOT analysis and open discussions. The implementation phase utilizes the off-the-job training method model. Training and development activities incorporate various models, including lecture-based instruction, student-centered approaches, project-based learning, collaborative learning, simulation learning, discovery learning, and flipped classroom strategies. The evaluation of outcomes takes place every month without conducting tests. We perform technical assessments at the end of the school year, while follow-up actions are carried out through normal processes
This study aims to determine (1) the influence of educational background, years of service and training on the performance of Early Childhood Education (ECE) teachers, (2) the effective contributions of educational background, years of service, and training to the performance of ECE teachers, and (3) the relative contributions of educational background, years of service, and training to the performance of ECE teachers. This research belongs to a quantitative correlational study. The study population involved all ECE teachers in Banyudono District, Boyolali Regency, Indonesia. Samples were taken by random sampling. Data on the educational background, years of service and training of the teachers were collected through documents. Teacher performance data were obtained using a questionnaire. The data analysis technique utilized a multiple linear regression. The study revealed the following findings: (1) simultaneously there was a significant influence between educational background, years of service, and training on the performance of ECE teachers, but partially the educational background had no influence on the teacher performance, (2) the effective contributions to teacher performance were 3.35% from the educational background, 18.73% from years of service, and 19.79% from training and (3) the relative contributions to the performance of teachers were 6.82% from the educational background, 48.18% from years of service and 43.19% from training.
Pendidikan karakter merupakan langkah yang sangat penting dan strategis untuk membangun jati diri bangsa dan mendorong terbentuknya masyarakat Indonesia baru. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh pembentukan karakter anak di lingkungan sekolah. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif deskriptif dengan desain studi kasus. Dalam penelitian ini teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Analisis data penelitian ini yaitu reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa lingkungan sekolah memberikan pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap perkembangan karakter anak melalui pemenuhan beberapa indikator yaitu. anak mampu membiasakan sikap disiplin, anak mampu membiasakan sikap jujur, dan anak mampu membiasakan sikap peduli lingkungan.
