“…This study aims to empirically investigate the impact of AVET on the skill development of beginning teachers in Hefei City, Anhui Province, China. By examining the relationship between various aspects of AVET, such as teaching and learning resources, infrastructure, and the skill growth of novice teachers, this research seeks to provide valuable insights into how AVET can be leveraged to foster the professional development of beginning educators [3].
