The purpose of this study is to determine the process of handling logistics control management based on warehouse information systems in Building H, State University of Semarang. This qualitative descriptive study used 10 informants consisting of 5 related informants, 2 involved informants, and 3 principal informants. Data collection techniques in this study used observation, interviews, and documentation techniques. Data analysis used data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results showed that logistics control was controlled by an online-based Asset and Warehouse Information System (SiAgung) and an offline-based SIMAK BMN. The problem with the system used is that the online system is still under development, so sometimes the control of the demand for goods is wrong, while the offline system continues to be updated continuously from the center. In addition to the system, unorganized warehouse arrangements, unavailability of reports on the use of goods per unit, and the absence of SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) for logistics arrangements in warehouses are also obstacles to the logistics control management process.
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengeolaan arsip untuk menunjang akuntabilitas sekolah, hambatan-hambatan apa saja yang dihadapi dalam pelaksanaan pengelolaan arsip untuk menunjang akuntabilitas sekolah, dan upaya dalam mengatasi hambatan-hambatan yang dihadapi dalam pelaksanaan pengelolaan arsip untuk menunjang akuntabilitas sekolah di SMK Negeri 1 Kudus. Sumber data penelitian diperoleh dari 11 informan terdiri dari Kepala Sekolah, Wakasek, K3, Kepala Tata Usaha, Petugas Arsip, Guru, dan Pegawai Tata Usaha. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu kualitatif. Teknik penentuan informan menggunakan snowball sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Prosedur penelitian ini meliputi tahap pra-lapangan, pelaksanaan lapangan, dan analisis data. Analisis data dilakukan dengan cara pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian ini yaitu mengetahui bahwa pengelolaan arsip meliputi kegiatan penciptaan, penyimpanan, penggunaan, pemeliharaan, dan penyusutan arsip. Pelaksanaan pengelolaan arsip ditemukan tidak adanya kegiatan pencatatan arsip pada setiap penciptaan dan penggunaan arsip, sehingga arsip sulit untuk diidentifikasi, kemungkingan terjadi pendempulan data, dan arsip sulit ditemukan kembali. Hambatan-hambatan yang dalam pelaksanaan pengelolaan arsip yaitu instansi terkait belum mempunyai ruangan dan petugas khusus di bidang kearsipan. Upaya yang telah dilakukan dalam mengurangi hambatan tersebut yaitu pendelegasian siswa jurusan Administrasi Perkantoran dan memberikan pelatihan kepada pegawai Tata Usaha terkait menata arsip sekolah. This study aims to see the process of record management to support the school-accountability, to know about the constraints in implementation of record management to support the school-accountability, and the efforts to overcome any contraints in implementation of the record management to support the school-accountability. This research using qualitative study. The data research obtained form informats namely Principal, Vice Principal, K3, Head of Administration, Officers Archives, Teachers, and Administrative Staff. The techniques of data collection using observation, interviews, and documentation. The procedure of this research include pre-field stage, field implementation stage, and data analysis phase. Data analysis using a data collection, data reduction, presentation, and conclusion. The result of this study is knowing that the management of record includes the creation activities, storage activities, use activities, maintenance activities, and depreciation activities. In the managment of record is not using a registration record on every creation and use of record, so the record was difficult to identify. The constraints in the implementation of the record management have no room and special officers in the record. The efforts in reducing the constraints was the delegation of students majoring in Office Administration and provide training to administrative staff to manage the school-record.
Penelitian ini bertujuan (1) mengetahui pengaruh ease of use Elena dan usefulness of Elena secara simultan terhadap Kualitas Layanan Perkuliahan (2) mengetahui pengaruh ease of use Elena terhadap Kualitas Layanan Perkuliahan (3) mengetahui pengaruh usefulness of Elena terhadap Kualitas Layanan Perkuliahan pada mahasiswa FE UNNES. Sampel dalam penelitian ini yaitu 365 responden dan 4.218 mahasiswa sebagai populasi. Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini yaitu dengan proportionate cluster sampling. Uji validitas menggunakan korelasi product moment, sedangkan uji reliabilitas menggunakan rumus alpha croanbach. Analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi linear berganda dan deskriptif persentase. Hasil penelitian ini yaitu secara parsial ada pengaruh positif yang signifikan antara variabel Ease of use Elena (X1) terhadap Kualitas Layanan Perkuliahan (Y). Sedangkan, thitung untuk variabel Usefulness of Elena (X2) lebih besar dari ttabel yaitu sebesar 15,4 lebih besar daripada 1,97, dengan probabilitas 0,00 kurang dari 0,05 yang berarti bahwa variabel Usefulness of Elena (X2) secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kualitas Layanan Perkuliahan. Simpulan penelitian ini yaitu (1) Ada pengaruh positif antara ease of use Elena dan usefulness of Elena secara simultan terhadap Kualitas Layanan Perkuliahan pada mahasiswa FE UNNES. (2) Ada pengaruh antara ease of use Elena terhadap Kualitas Layanan Perkuliahan pada mahasiswa FE UNNES. (3) Ada pengaruh antara usefulness of Elena terhadap Kualitas Layanan Perkuliahan pada mahasiswa FE UNNES. The purpose of this research was (1) the influence of ease of use and usefulness of Elena simultaneously toward the Quality service in Learning (2) the influence of ease of use Elena toward Quality service in Learning (3) how the usefulness of Elena toward Quality service in Learning at the Faculty of Economics Universitas Negeri Semarang. The sample in this research was 365 respondents and 4,218 people as the population. The data gathering methods used proportionate cluster sampling. Product Moment correlation method from Personis used to conduct validity test of items. Meanwhile, Croanbach Alpha equation isused to conduct reliability test. The data were analyzed using a double linear regression analysis and descriptive of percentage. The results of this research showed that there was significant influence among variables Ease of use Elena (X 1) toward Quality service in Learning (Y) partially . Whereas, tcount to the variable Usefulness of Elena (X 2) greater than ttable is greater than 1.966539 15.427, with probability of 0.000 less than 0.05 means that variable Usefulness of Elena (X 2) for has partial effect toward the Quality service in Learning significantly. The conlusion of this research was (1) There was a positive influence between ease of use and usefulness of Elena toward the Quality service in Learning on the student faculty of Economics State University of Semarang simultaneously. (2) There were influences between ease of use Elena toward Quality service in Learning at the Faculty of Economics Universitas Negeri Semarang. (3) There were influences between the usefulness of Elena toward Quality service in Learning at the Faculty of Economics Universitas Negeri Semarang.
This research aimed to determine the application of conservation cadre in the Faculty of Economics, State University of Semarang. This research used qualitative descriptive method. Informants consisted of conservation group and 28 students majoring in economic education. Data collection techniques used observation, documentation, interviews and document analysis. Activities in data analysis were data reduction, display data, and conclusion drawing / verification. Data validity applied source and methodological triangulation. The findings of this research showed that the knowledge and understanding of the students about the Rector regulation of the State University of Semarang, Number 22 of 2009 about State University of Semarang as Conservation University and Rector Regulation Number 6 of 2017 about Spirit Conservation showed only 11.11%, other findings showed that students still threw inappropriate garbage, smoking in campus areas, not upholding courtesy culture, the use of motor vehicles within the campus and less cultivate energy efficiency.
