Background of study: Adolescent is a group that very susceptible to 3 risks of basic adolescent reproductive health (TRIAD KRR) includes the aspect of sexuality, HIV/AIDS disease and misused of drugs. A free life, wild and without rules often be the main triggers for the lack of attitude of prevention related to TRIAD KRR. Research Purpose: This research is conducted to find out the relationship between knowledge towards the attitude of preventing three basic threats to adolescent reproductive health (TRIAD KRR) among youth street singer (KPJ) in 2021. Research Methods: This research is a quantitative analytic survey with a cross sectional research design. The sampling technique is using probability sampling with purposive sampling and using 33 teenagers from the youth street singer community in Serang Regency as the sample. For the statistical test, this research is using Chi-Square. Research results: Based from the statistic test, obtained the p value = 0,005 < 0,05 (alpha) with 10.267 OR value and 95% value of CI level of confidence between 2.002-52.649. It can be conclude that there is a relationship between knowledge and TRIAD KRR precautionary attitude on youth street singer in Serang Regency in 2021. Suggestion: This research can be used as an initial data or an illustration to be able to develop further research. For an optimized result, another research can be conducted with different designs with another variety of variables and expand the range of respondents number.
Menstrual pain is called dysmenorrhea; 15% of women who experience menstrual pain feel uncomfortable. Savitri & Swari (2020) stated that menstrual pain occurs 1-2 days before menstruation appears and continues until the third day of menstruation or the end. Some studies declare that ginger water decoction can reduce menstrual pain or dysmenorrhea. In vitro and in vivo, ginger has been shown to have antimicrobial, antifungal, anthelmintic, antioxidant, anti-inflammatory, antitumor, immunomodulatory, antilipidemic, analgesic properties, and protective effects on the digestive tract. Likewise, cinnamon and cloves can relieve toothache. This research method uses a quasi-experimental design with control by giving ginger and cinnamon spice drinks. The population of this study was women aged 19-21 years who experienced menstrual pain with a large sample of the results of the calculation of the average difference test in two pairs of groups, which were 30 respondents in each group, both intervention, and control. The study found that a spiced drink consisting of red ginger, cloves, and cinnamon and given honey positively affected menstrual pain (dysmenorrhea) with the p-value. There is an effect of a spiced drink consisting of red ginger, cloves, and cinnamon and given honey on menstrual pain (dysmenorrhea).
During the Covid-19 pandemic, education, which so far has been carried out directly, has switched to education through various online media, but the effectiveness of education through these applications needs to be evaluated. The aim of the study was to increase pregnant women's knowledge about exclusive breastfeeding and to find out the effect of android-based application programs on breastfeeding patterns. The research design was quasi-experimental with a pre and post-test control group design, subjects were grouped into intervention groups and control groups, selected by purposive sampling with a total of 30 people in each group. This research was conducted in 2022 in the Sindang Barang and Cipaku Health Centers, Bogor City. The independent variable is the Android-based ASI application program with the dependent variable being the pattern of breastfeeding. The statistical test uses the Wilcoxon and Mann Whitney tests. The results of the study showed that there was a significant increase in the average knowledge and attitude after exclusive breastfeeding education was carried out with Android-based application program, as well as a significant change in the pattern of breastfeeding after participating in the breastfeeding education program. The conclusion of the study is that there is a significant relationship between breastfeeding education and Android-based application program on increasing knowledge, attitudes of mothers and patterns of breastfeeding.
The pain in labor due to contractions and the process of expelling the baby cannot be avoided by the mother. One way to reduce pain intensity non-pharmacologically is music therapy and the provision of spice drinks. music therapy can reduce stress and anxiety levels, especially during childbirth, while herbal drinks derived from ginger are analgesic, as well as cinnamon and cloves, can relieve pain. The research method is “Quasi experimental pre-post test with control group design. The intervention group was Sundanese instrumental music therapy with spice drinks and the control group was only given spice drinks, which was carried out on mothers giving birth during an active phase. The population is all mothers giving birth in BPM Bogor area. The sample size of the average difference test of two paired groups is 15 respondents in each group. The results showed a decrease in labor pain in the active phase of the first stage in the intervention group with p = 0.016. This shows that there is an effect of giving music therapy and spice drinks on the intensity of labor pain as assessed by the Visual Analog Scale (VAS), and there is no significant change in the decrease in labor pain during the active phase of labor, in the control group (p>0.05). There was no significant result on the length of labor with p = 0.439 (p > 0.05). This means that both the control and intervention groups did not show a difference in the time/length of labor
Quality Antenatal Care (ANC) services can prevent complications during pregnancy, but during the Covid-19 pandemic, there is a policy for mothers to postpone ANC visits. The purpose of the study was to find out how the influence of ANC services during the Covid-19 pandemic on the incidence of complications in pregnant women. The research method used is an analytical survey with a Cross-Sectional approach. The number of samples is 110 pregnant women respondents. The statistical test used is the Chi-Square test. The results showed that the age of pregnant women was 92.1% of healthy reproductive age, high school education level was 90.4%, some pregnancies experienced by mothers 2 were 66.7%, work as housewives were 67%. The biggest complication that occurs in pregnant women is anemia (40%). The provision of quality ANC services with 10T has a positive influence on the incidence of complications in pregnancy during the pandemic (p-value <0.05), as well as understanding of the Maternal and Child Health (MCH) book (p-value <0.05) and the anxiety felt by the mother (p-value <0.05) influences the occurrence of complications. The conclusions obtained were the effect of providing quality ANC services with 10 T, understanding of the MCH handbook on the incidence of complications during the covid-19 pandemic.
