Nghiên cứu mô tả cắt ngang tại các bệnh viện tư nhân tại Việt Nam với cỡ mẫu 29.005 nhân viên y tế nhằmmô tả mức độ hài lòng và một số yếu tố liên quan của nhân viên y tế đang làm việc tại các cơ sở y tế (CSYT)tư nhân trên toàn quốc. Kết quả nghiên cứu cho thấy nữ giới chiếm chủ yếu (69,35%), tuổi trung bình 32,82 ±9,57 tuổi. Điều dưỡng, hộ sinh chiếm tỷ lệ cao nhất với 44,35%. Sự hài lòng chung về bệnh viện và về lãnh đạo,đồng nghiệp có điểm trung bình cao nhất, lần lượt 4,25 và 4,23 điểm. Sự hài lòng về thu nhập thấp nhất với 4,11điểm. Một số yếu tố liên quan đến sự hài lòng gồm nữ giới có mức độ hài lòng với công việc thấp hơn nam giới;các nhà quản lý, lãnh đạo bệnh viện có hài lòng cao hơn so với những vị trí công việc khác; nhân viên làm trongkhối hành chính có sự hài lòng cao hơn so với các khoa khác; người có kiêm nhiệm từ hai công việc trở lên vàsố buổi trực trong một tháng nhiều hơn thì mức độ hài lòng càng giảm. Cần có các nghiên cứu sâu hơn để tìmhiểu lý do về mức độ hài lòng khác nhau và cải thiện chất lượng khám chữa bệnh tại các cơ sở y tế tư nhân.
Nghiên cứu nhằm mô tả kiến thức về bệnh tăng huyết áp và thực hành quản lý bệnh tăng huyết áp của người trưởng thành tại huyện Quảng Xương, Thanh Hoá. Nghiên cứu sử dụng phương pháp mô tả cắt ngang với tổng số 396 đối tượng tham gia nghiên cứu. Kết quả cho thấy kiến thức của người dân còn rất hạn chế. Tỷ lệ đưa ra được định nghĩa đúng và đầy đủ về bệnh tăng huyết áp chỉ chiếm 13,1%. Tỷ lệ những người biết các triệu chứng như đau đầu, hoa mắt chóng mặt, đau ngực, nóng/đỏ mặt … còn thấp với tỷ lệ lần lượt là 51,0%; 61,6%; 3,5% và 21,7%, trong đó 16,5% cho rằng tăng huyết áp không dự phòng được. Về thực trạng quản lý bệnh tăng huyết áp, kết quả chỉ ra tỷ lệ không điều trị hoặc điều trị không đều còn cao (25%), trong khi đó tỷ lệ thay đổi thói quen, lối sống lành mạnh còn rất thấp, đặc biệt là tỷ lệ bỏ thuốc lá. Kết quả nghiên cứu là cơ sở để xây dựng các hoạt động can thiệp, truyền thông nâng cao nhận thức và thay đổi hành vi trong cộng đồng nhằm cải thiện sức khoẻ.
