Nghiên cứu được thiết kế theo nghiên cứu dịch tễ học mô tả thông qua cuộc điều tra cắt ngang có phân tích. Phỏng vấn trực tiếp 434 nam sinh viên liên thông y đa khoa với mục tiêu: Xác định một số yếu tố liên quan đến kiến thức, thực hành về phòng, chống tác hại thuốc lá của nam sinh viên liên thông y đa khoa trường Đại học Y Dược Thái Bình năm 2020. Kết quả nghiên cứu cho thấy: có mối liên quan giữa độ tuổi của đối tượng với hành vi về hút thuốc của đối tượng được nghiên cứu với OR=2,0. Có mối liên quan giữa kiến thức về các bệnh mắc phải do hút thuốc lá thụ động và hành vi hút thuốc của đối tượng, theo đó đối tượng không biết các bệnh mắc phải do hút thuốc lá thụ động có khả năng hút thuốc lá cao hơn nhóm biết 4,7 lần.
Mục tiêu: Mô tả thực hành truyền thông - giáo dục sức khỏe (TT-GDSK) về bệnh đái tháo đường (ĐTĐ) của nhân viên y tế thôn (YTT) tại huyện Vũ Thư tỉnh Thái Bình năm 2020. Đối tượng nghiên cứu: Nhân viên y tế thôn tại các xã huyện Vũ Thư tỉnh Thái Bình. Phương pháp nghiên cứu: Phương pháp dịch tễ học mô tả qua cuộc điều tra cắt ngang, bao gồm nghiên cứu định lượng và nghiên cứu định tính. Kết quả nghiên cứu: 69,5% đối tượng đã thực hiện TT-GDSK cho người dân tại thôn về bệnh đái tháo đường trong năm qua; trên 80% NVYTT có lập kế hoạch và trên 60% có phối hợp khi thực hiện TT-GDSK về bệnh ĐTĐ; 15/15 ý kiến trưởng trạm cho rằng hoạt động TT-GDSK về bệnh ĐTĐ tại xã còn nhỏ lẻ, không có tính liên tục, chủ yếu là truyền thông gián tiếp; 13/15 ý kiến cho rằng khó khăn lớn nhất trong hoạt động TT-GDSK là đội ngũ NVYT thôn còn hạn chế về kiến thức cũng như kỹ năng.
The study was designed according to descriptive epidemiological research through an analytical cross-sectional investigation. Objective: To identify some related factors of caregiver use of antibiotics in under 5 years old in twocommunes, Kien Xuong district, Thai Binh province by 2020.Study object: caregivers in two communes of Kien Xuong district, Thai BinhResearch method: Epidemiological method described through cross-sectional investigation withanalysis.Research results: There is a relationship between educational attainment, number of children,economic conditions and age with knowledge of antibiotic use: the proportion of subjects withhigh school knowledge has achieved Antibiotic use is 1.8 times more likely than the group witheducation from high school or less, 95% CI (1.1-2.9). Regarding practice, there is a relationshipbetween knowledge, age of research subjects, parents of children and practice of using antibiotics.the rate of subjects with knowledge achieved with practice is 3.9 times higher than the group withsuccessful practice with unsatisfactory knowledge; The percentage of study subjects who are parentsof children having practice of antibiotic drugs is likely to be 2.5 times higher than that of the child’sgrandparents.

Results Research shows: Up to 69.0% of subjects who are smoking have smoking time more than 5 years; 40.8% of those who had smoked in the pastwere in the group who smoked less than one year. In the currently smoking group, up to 82.8% of the subjects had tried to quit and started smoking again. 85.3% of subjects chose to try to quit smokingwithout assistance, accounting for the highest percentage of the smoking cessation methods chosen by the subjects in the study.
