Đặt vấn đề: Trầm cảm là rối loạn tâm thần thường gặp ở người bệnh lơ-xê-mi cấp. Trầm cảm tác động đến nhiều khía cạnh như làm các người bệnh lơ-xê-mi cấp ít hoạt động thể chất, giảm chất lượng cuộc sống, kém tuân thủ liệu trình điều trị, tăng nguy cơ tự, đặc biệt ảnh hưởng đến quá trình phục hồi và tái hòa nhập xã hội.. Mục tiêu nghiên cứu: Mô tả đặc điểm lâm sàng rối loạn trầm cảm ở người bệnh lơ-xê-mi cấp điều trị nội trú tại Trung Tâm Huyết học và Truyền máu bệnh viện Bạch Mai. Đối tượng và phương pháp nghiên cứu: Nghiên cứu mô tả cắt ngang 82 người bệnh lơ-xê-mi cấp điều trị nội trú tại Trung Tâm Huyết học và Truyền máu bệnh viện Bạch Mai từ tháng 08/2021 đến tháng 08/2022. Kết quả: Trong nhóm đối tượng nghiên cứu tỷ lệ nam và nữ tương đương nhau; độ tuổi trung bình 43,4 ± 14,0; nơi sinh sống chủ yếu ở nông thôn (69,5%); trình độ học vấn trung học phổ thông (45,1%). Có 42,7% người bệnh có rối loạn trầm cảm theo ICD-10, trong đó trầm cảm vừa chiếm 17,1%; triệu chứng khởi phát hay gặp nhất là buồn chán (20,7%); trong các triệu chứng đặc trưng của trầm cảm, giảm năng lượng, dễ mệt mỏi và khí sắc trầm là hay gặp nhất với tỷ lệ lần lượt là 97,1%, 94,3%; trong các triệu chứng phổ biến của trầm cảm, rối loạn ăn uống và rối loạn giấc ngủ hay gặp nhất với tỷ lệ lần lượt là 88,6%, 85,7%, đặc biệt có ý định hoặc hành vi tự sát xuất hiện ở 17,1% người bệnh; giảm cảm giác ngon miệng chiếm tỷ lệ cao nhất với 82,9% trong các triệu chứng cơ thể của trầm cảm. Kết luận: Trầm cảm là rối loạn tâm thần thường gặp ở người bệnh lơ-xê-mi cấp. Trầm cảm thường khởi phát đầu tiên bởi buồn chán. Triệu chứng đặc trưng hay gặp nhất là giảm năng lượng, dễ mệt mỏi và khí sắc trầm, triệu chứng phổ biến hay gặp là rối loạn ăn uống và rối loạn giấc ngủ, đặc biệt có ý định hoặc hành vi tự sát xuất hiện ở 17,1% người bệnh. Giảm cảm giác ngon miệng chiếm tỷ lệ cao nhất trong các triệu chứng cơ thể của trầm cảm.
Mục tiêu của nghiên cứu này là sử dụng chiến lược đánh số học sinh cùng nhau để nâng cao khả năng đọc hiểu của học sinh trung học phổ thông và để xác định xem việc học hợp tác với chiến lược đánh số học sinh cùng nhau có giúp ích cho việc đọc hiểu của học sinh hay không. Dữ liệu cho nghiên cứu này được lấy từ một nghiên cứu thực địa sử dụng thiết kế nghiên cứu hành động tại một trường trung học ở Thái Nguyên, Việt Nam. Đây là nghiên cứu được thực hiện bằng phương pháp nghiên cứu hành động, thông tin đã được thu thập thông qua các bài kiểm tra. Kết quả nghiên cứu cho thấy các bài kiểm tra của học sinh có điểm số khác nhau. Điểm trung bình của các bài kiểm tra sử dụng phương pháp đánh số học sinh cùng nhau cao hơn so với các bài kiểm tra không sử dụng phương pháp này. Vì vậy, học hợp tác sử dụng kỹ thuật đánh số học sinh cùng nhau có thể cải thiện kỹ năng đọc hiểu của học sinh trung học phổ thông. Nghiên cứu này đã cung cấp một nguồn chiến lược mới để hỗ trợ giáo viên dạy học sinh kỹ năng đọc, đặc biệt là kỹ năng đọc hiểu.
Sinh viên năm thứ nhất chuyên ngành tiếng Anh tại trường Đại học Sư phạm Thái Nguyên sống ở các vùng miền khác nhau của Việt Nam có những khó khăn của riêng họ về cách phát âm. Đặc biệt, do yếu tố phương ngữ, một số học sinh mắc lỗi về âm /n/ và âm /l/ khi nói tiếng Việt, do đó hai âm đó cũng bị phát âm sai khi nói tiếng Anh. Trong nghiên cứu này, nhà nghiên cứu xem xét việc tìm ra những lỗi phát âm mà học sinh thường mắc phải và tỷ lệ học sinh phát âm sai hai âm /n/ và /l/; đồng thời, thiết kế các hoạt động giúp sửa lỗi phát âm, sửa lỗi âm /n/ và /l/ của sinh viên năm thứ nhất chuyên ngành tiếng Anh trường Đại học Sư phạm Thái Nguyên. Phương pháp nghiên cứu hành động đã được sử dụng để thực hiện nghiên cứu này. Bên cạnh đó, dữ liệu được thu thập thông qua bảng câu hỏi, sau đó được bổ sung bằng các bài kiểm tra (kiểm tra trước và kiểm tra sau) và phỏng vấn. Kết quả nghiên cứu đã phát hiện ra phần lớn lỗi học sinh mắc phải là phát âm sai các phụ âm không có trong tiếng Việt và mắc lỗi phát âm âm /n/ và /l/. Kết quả cũng cho thấy các bài tập sửa âm /n/ và âm /l/ cho chuyên ngành tiếng Anh có hiệu quả rõ rệt. Nghiên cứu cung cấp một nguồn dữ liệu mới để hỗ trợ giáo viên dạy kỹ năng nói của học sinh, cũng như một nguồn thực hành để học sinh phát triển cách phát âm của họ trong âm /n/ và /l/.
