This investigation intends to figure out the implementation of servant leadership’s dimensions to deviant workplace behavior. The data utilized in this investigation is primary data, the content of a questioner filled by employees. The sample collection was carried out utilizing the purposive sampling technique and collected 213 samples. The techniques that were used to analyze this investigation are instrumental tests such as validity and reliability and multiple linear regressions with SPSS 25. Servant leadership variables have seven dimensions, which are emotional healing, creating value for the community, conceptual skills, empowering, helping subordinates grow and succeed, putting subordinates first, and behaving ethically. Deviations made against the company as violating existing norms and regulations will threaten the sustainability of the company. The results prove that all the dimensions of servant leadership have a negative significant effect on deviant workplace behavior. It shows that a great supervisor must find out the career objectives of a staff member. This can be accomplished by improving employees to stay to expand and improve, such as preparing practice, unique adventures in terms of ability to enhance personality-character to diminish employee aim to have deviant activities.
Transaksi perdagangan online (e-commerce) di Indonesia memiliki masa depan cerah. Aktivitas jual beli secara online tersebut memang sedang naik daun dalam beberapa tahun belakangan. Marketplace adalah perantara antara penjual dan pembeli di dunia maya. Situs marketplace bertindak sebagai pihak ketiga dalam transaksi online dengan menyediakan tempat berjualan dan fasilitas pembayaran. Di sisi lain, online shop tidak memerlukan perantara. Penjual langsung menjual produknya di platform mandiri kepada pembeli. Jadi tidak ada perantara sama sekali. Berjualan melalui online shop menuntut untuk lebih mandiri. Sebelum pandemi Covid-19, pengusaha UMKM di Indonesia dihadapkan pada dua masalah serius yang harus ditangani bersamaan yaitu modal bisnis yang terbatas dan promosi yang belum efektif. Dengan adanya pandemi Covid-19, masalah yang terjadi pada pengusaha UMKM semakin perlu perhatian lagi bagi semua pihak. Tim penyuluh telah melakukan survei pada masyarakat di sekitar Kelurahan Palmerah di mana terdapat pengusaha UMKM binaan Yayasan Insan Palma Sejahtera. Metode penyampaian materi kepada para pengusaha UMKM adalah dengan diskusi menggunakan fasilitas zoom meeting. Untuk meningkatkan kompetensi pengusaha UMKM dilakukan pelatihan strategi pemasaran iklan digital dengan membuat iklan digital yang lebih menarik. Hal ini diperlukan agar perkembangan bisnis dari pengusaha UMKM tersebut bisa lebih baik lagi terutama menghadapi pandemic covid-19. Tim selanjutnya akan memberikan pelatihan strategi human capital dalam proses pengambilan keputusan secara online sehingga para pengusaha tersebut dapat dengan mudah melakukan proses pengambilan keputusan walaupun secara online.
The purpose of this study is to investigate the relationship among Leadership, Organizational culture, the operation of Learning organization and Employee's job satisfaction. The result obtained from 224 respondents which are selected using purposive sampling and analyzing using Structural Equation Modeling from AMOS. This research indicate that the various operation extents of Learning organization have significant difference under the dimensions of Leadership, Organizational culture and the operation of Learning organization. Leadership has significantly and positively influence Learning organization, Organizational culture is not signifantly effect on Leadership, both Leadership and Learning organization have a significantly positive effect on Employee's job satisfaction. One more finding is Organizational culture is not significantly has an effect to employee's job satisfaction.Keywords: Leadership, Organizational culture, Learning organization, Job satisfaction
<p><em>This study aims to analyze the effect of perceived external prestige to the workplace deviant behavior that is mediated by job satisfaction. The sample used in this study </em><em>was </em><em>120 respondents who are employees in </em><em>automotive </em><em>industries in Jakarta of collected by purposive sampling method. Tests conducted by the method of Structural Equation Model (SEM). The results of this study are perceived external prestige has a positive influence on job satisfaction, but job satisfaction negatively affect the workplace deviant behavior. It can be concluded that job satisfaction has a negative influence in mediating the effects of perceived external prestige to the workplace deviant behavior. </em></p>
The research purpose to analyze the influence of Tourism Involvement and Servant Leadership on Organizational Citizenship Behavior mediated by Organizational Commitment in some resorts which is located in Sentul City Bogor, Indonesia. The sample used in this study was 109 respondents who are employees of some resorts in Sentul City Bogor Indonesia and collected by purposive sampling. The methodology analysis is instrumental test such as validity and reliability, also hypothesis test using SEM (Structural Equation Model) analysis. Based on this review, there was a positive influence of Tourism Involvement on Organizational Commitment, Servant Leadership on Organizational Commitment, Tourism Involvement on Organizational Citizenship Behavior, and a Servant Leadership influence on Organizational Citizenship Behavior mediated by Organizational Commitment. The analysis suggested that supervisors and team officers can provide several tourism opportunities to employees who need to carry out tourism activities to not confound with their choices. The resorts require carrying out better service leadership so that employees can accept and be motivated to handle clients better and precisely also can maintain motivation a robust engagement to employees so that employees can know the commitment to the company. The resorts are likewise pointed out to be more transparent when making innovations in the company so as not to make protests from employees so that employees can execute their duty correctly.

This study aims to determine the effect of Work Load Pay, Social Support on Turnover Intention through Job Satisfaction as a mediating variable for 4 Star Hospitality employees in South Jakarta. The study used quantitative methods with a total of 106 employees using a purposive sampling method. Hypothesis testing was carried out using the structural equation model (SEM) method with the help of AMOS software. The results show that Work Load & Pay has a positive effect on Job Satisfaction. Furthermore, Social Support has a positive effect on Job Satisfaction. Finally Job Satisfaction has a negative effect on Turnover Intention.
Pandemi COVID-19 merupakan titik awal penerapan Work From Home bagi perusahaan yang ada di Indonesia. Hal tersebut bagian salah satu kebijakan yang diusulkan pemerintah untuk dapat memutus rantai penyebaran virus Covid-19 di lingkungan para pekerja kantoran. Dalam keadaan ini, perusahaan harus berusaha untuk tetap dapat memberikan rasa Organizational Identification untuk setiap karyawannya. Dimana Identifikasi ini dapat membuat individu membedakan antara diri mereka dengan individu lain dalam kelompok mereka. Pengambilan sampel dengan menggunakan Teknik Purposive Sampling, sampel yang terkumpul sebanyak 167 karyawan. Metode analisis yang digunakan dengan menggunakan Structural Equation Model (SEM). Hasil pengujian hipotesis dalam penelitan ini menunjukan Work frome home berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Work Life Balance, Work Life Balance berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Job Satisfaction, Job Satisfaction berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Organizational Identification.
