Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis perbedaan perilaku belanja antara mahasiswa dan mahasiswi di lingkungan Sekolah Tinggi Agama Hindu Negeri Gde Pudja Mataram. Melalui penggunaan jenis penelitian komparatif dan alat analisis yang digunakan berupa uji-t 2 sampel independen untuk mengetahui perilaku belanja diantara mahasiswa dan mahasiswi tersebut. Hasil Penelitian Menunjukan bahwa ada perbedaan diantara mahasiswa dan mahasiswi dan perbedaan tersebut menunjukan bahwa mahasiswi memiliki perilaku belanja yang lebih besar dari pada mahasiswa
Pemberdayaan ekonomi umat Hindu di Desa Duman belum mendapat perhatian optimal, terutama dari aspek permodalan dan penanganan manajemen. Selama ini, daerah setempat masih menggunakan modal sendiri dari warisan yang diperoleh secara turun temurun dengan manajemen yang tak direncanakan dengan baik. Seiring dengan kemajuan ipteks, warisan berupa modal tanah tersebut semakin menyempit dan permasalahan manajerial yang komplek, sehingga kerapkali menimbulkan krisis pada ekonomi umat Hindu. Dalam upaya mengurangi akibat negatif yang ditimbulkan oleh krisis ekonomi umat Hindu, diinisiasi kegiatan pada masyarakat di Banjar Tresna Astiti Karya, Dusun Duman Indah, Desa Duman Kecamatan Lingsar Kabupaten Lombok Barat. Identifikasi awal menemukan potensi unggulan yaitu beberapa wanita hindu memiliki kemampuan di bidang kerajinan tangan tas dan sokasi anyaman dari bahan tali plastik. Permasalahannya, belum terbentuknya inkubasi kelompok ekonomi produktif. Solusinya,tim pengabdian membentuk kelompok pengrajin wanita yang diwadahi dalam UKM Widya Karya Duman dan diresmikan langsung keberadaannya oleh Kepala Desa Duman. UKM Widya Karya Duman dalam perkembangannya telah mampu memproduksi pesanan tempat penyimpanan dari anyaman (sokasi). Kegiatan ini diharapkan menjadi embrio program-program lain selanjutnya dan menginspirasi untuk dilakukan penelitian terapan dan meningkatkan pendapatan masyarakat
Punia “donation” fund is a religious contribution of Hindus people which must be done sincerely. Accountability push the management for make the punia funds be accountable and transparent. This study aims to interpret the perspective of the Hindu community in Lombok related to the concept of punia “donation” funds. Based on the philosophy of tat twam asi. This study uses an in-depth interview approach with an interpretive paradigm. The results of this study there is a positive relationship related to community behavior in implementing the punia “donation” fund with the philosophy of tat twan asi adopted by Hindus. This study aims to be able to reveal various phenomena that arise regarding the implementation of primordialism, the factors that influence the resilience of Hindu ritual primordialism and analyze the implications of ritual primordialism for Balinese ethnic Hindus in Lombok, according to the traditions, customs and culture of Balinese Hindus in implementing religious rituals or ceremonies. Social dynamics and technological developments have an influence, both directly and indirectly, on attitudes, values, and patterns of behavior, as well as the perspective of each individual in a community as part of the larger society. Likewise with the Balinese Hindu community in Lombok. The influence of ideology that comes from sampradaya which offers all new and different things and is considered to have more value, than what has been believed so far, can lead to changes in the thinking or ideology of each individual. So it is necessary to study the ritual primordialism of Balinese Hindus in Lombok. This study uses a qualitative descriptive research type with data sources in the form of non-participant observations, structured interviews and documents. The location of the temple was determined purposefully. The data is then classified, reduced, and interpreted, then the results of the analysis are presented in a narrative manner. The results obtained in this study are firstly the implementation of ritual primordialism for Balinese Hindus still applying customs, culture and traditions, regarding the series of ceremonies and ceremonies used, by applying the yadnya level as a form of ritual adaptation. Second, Hindu ritual primordialism has strengths in the form of social interaction and acculturation of Balinese and Sasak ethnic cultures, as well as community economic turnover. The three ethnic Balinese Hindus still have high primordial resistance, which has implications for the maintenance of ritual traditions and the existence of temples in Lombok based on religious emotions, belief systems, rite systems and religious ritual equipment, and religious groups and their systems that are still maintained.
This research aims to explain the difference between a Rural Bank (BPR) company in the form of a Limited Liability Company (PT) and a Regional Business Enterprise (PD) in terms of profit and operational efficiency. Its means that research can help the government make decisions and direct policies related to changes in the form of business entities through the privatization process. The comparison between the two types of business entities included in the Comparative Research category and compared BPRs managed by the private sector (PT) with BPRs whose management to determined by the Regional Government (PD) or whose management is with local government intervention. Observations on Rural Banks in West Nusa Tenggara (NTB), which had experienced the COVID-19 pandemic since early 2020. The comparison of profit and operation by yield and efficiency in doing business. Carried Efforts to make comparisons were carried out through independent t-test analysis. This study shows that regional government-owned BPRs can better survive a pandemic to generate profits and efficiency.
