Employees are a very important asset in achieving organizational goals that have been set, therefore it is important to manage human resources in order to create good coordination between each work unit and department. The quality of human resources can be seen from how well individual employees perform in a company. There are several factors that can affect employee performance, including locus of control and self-efficacy. This study aims to examine the effect of locus of control on employee performance , examine the effect of self-efficacy on employee performance. Population in the Study This is intact employee Serve Environment and Fisheries in Purworejo Regency as many as 334 employees. The sampling technique in this study used a purposive technique sampling with the criteria of employees with civil servant status, namely 114 employees. Data collection using a questionnaire with alternative answer choices using a Likert scale that has been tested and has met the requirements of validity and reliability. Analysis tools used ie multiple linear regression. The results of data analysis show that locus of control has a positive effect And important for employee performance, self-efficacy influential positive And important to employee show.
This study aims to determine the effect of human relations, Islamic work ethic and employee performance at LAZISMU Purworejo Region .The population of this research is LAZISMU Purworejo Region employees from various ranks/classes. The sampling technique used is random sampling. Data related to research variables were collected using questionnaires distributed to all respondents and filled out by respondents themselves based on respondents' perceptions. Based on the instrument test conducted, it is proven that all statement items in the questionnaire are proven to be valid and reliable. The analytical technique used to prove the hypothesis is multiple linear regression. The results showed that Human Relations did not have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Islamic work ethic has a positive and significant effect on the performance of LAZISMU Purworejo Region employees. Suggestions that can be given to LAZISMU Purworejo Region is to keep paying attention to Human relations (relationships between humans) where the relationship or cooperation between two or more individuals, especially in relationship status or social interaction and good social communication can certainly affect an individual's performance in complete tasks assigned by superiors. The better the level of human relations between employees, superiors, and customers, the better the performance of employees. Furthermore, the management of LAZISMU Purworejo Region also needs to improve the existence of a high work ethic in employees where the work ethic will make the employee effective at work. ABSTRAKDesa Sokowaten merupakan Desa penghasil jagung di wilayah Banyuurip. Hasil lokal tersebut belum dimanfaatkan secara maksilam oleh masyarakat setempat, melainkan hanya dijual langsung kepada pembeli dalam bentuk jagung, tidak diolah menjadi makanan yang berinovasi seperti keripik jagung dll.seiring berkembangnya teknologi serta kebutuhan yang ada dipasaran, maka dengan berinovasi dan kreativitas mengolah makanan milenial dari bahan jagung menjadi peluang baru untuk para penjual jagung ataupun para pelaku usaha makanan di daerah Banyuurip khususnya Desa Sokowaten. Tujuan pengabdian ini adalah memberikan pelatihan kepada masyarakat desa mengenai pengolahan bahan baku jagung menjadi makanan mileniel yaitu keripik jagung. Metode pelaksanaan dilakukan dengan pelatihan yang dilakukan dalam beberapa tahapan seperti tahapan persiapan, pelaksanaan dan evaluasi. Hasil yang diperolah dalam kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah pengolahan sumber daya manusia melalui pelatihan pemanfaatan bahan pangan jagung menjadi produk di Desa Sokowaten, Banyuurip, Purworejo. Desa Kaliwungu Kidul merupakan centra penghasil pisang di wilayah Ngombol. Hasil lokal tersebut belum diolah sendiri secara maksimal oleh masyarakat setempat, melainkan hanya dijual pisang mentah, pisang peram atau pisang yang dijadikan keripik pisang. Seiring berkembangnya teknologi serta kebutuhan dipasaran, maka dengan trobosan baru untuk pengolahan bahan pangan pisang dapat menambah nilai jual serta nilai tambah dengan kreatifitas makanan. Produk olahan berbahan pisang diharapkan dapat memberikan peluang baru untuk para penjual pisang ataupun para pelaku usaha makanan didaerah Kaliwungu Kidul. Tujuan pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah memberikan edukasi kepada masyarakat desa mengenai pengolahan berbagai macam produk olahan berbahan baku pisang. Metode pelaksanaan dilakukan dengan sosialisasi dan pemberdayaan yang diikuti oleh sebagian masyarakat perempuan di desa Desa Kaliwungu Kidul. Hasil yang diperoleh dalam kegiatan ini adalah pengelolaan sumber daya manusia melalui pelatihan pemanfaatan bahan pangan pisang di Desa Kaliwungu Kidul.
The government evaluates the feasibility of higher education institutions in the implementation of education to see the quality of education in Indonesia through the accreditation of higher education institutions and their education programs. Accreditation of higher education institutions, especially private universities in Surakarta, is a necessity and an important thing in maintaining the quality of higher education. This study aims to determine the relationship between quality work of life, job satisfaction and social support on employee engagement of private university lecturers in Surakarta. This study uses quantitative methods and descriptive analysis. Sampling in this study is probability sampling with the type of simple random sampling, the number of respondents is 50 lecturers of private universities in Surakarta. The data analysis method used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis with data processing performed with the SPSS 22 for Windows program. The results of this study indicate that the quality of work of life has an effect on employee engagement, job satisfaction has no effect on employee engagement, and social support has an influence on employee engagement.Keywords: quality work of life, job satisfaction, social support, dan employee engagement
