This study explores parents' perceptions of the impact of gadgets on children's development after preschool at PAUD IT Baitul Izzah Bengkulu City. The research method is qualitative with a phenomenological approach. The results of the study found six interrelated themes about the impact of gadgets on children's development. The first theme is meaning for parents about giving gadgets to children; the second theme shows the content opened by children on gadgets. The third theme is the duration of using gadgets for children aged 4-6. years, the fourth theme is control over the use of devices in children, and the fifth theme is the impact of machines on child development. In conclusion, the use of gadgets in children has a positive and negative effect on child development. Keywords: Children, Covid-19, Device, Parents, Pandemic, Development
Abstrak Kekerasan seksual terhadap anak meningkat dari tahun ketahun. Peningkatan ini terjadi dibanyak negara, termasuk juga di Indonesia. Dari banyak Propinsi di Indonesia, kekerasan seksual menjadi masalah yang mengkhawatirkan. Banyak anak yang menjadi korbannya, tidak hanya anak perempuan, anak laki- lakipun rawan untuk dijadikan korban kekerasan seksual (Meri Neherta, 2017). Berdasarkan hasil pemaparan dari guru TK IT Al-Pundi pada MMK 2 didapatkan hasil pada tahun 2019 terjadi pelecehan pada anak. Metode kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini menggunakan metode pemberdayaan masyarakat dan partisipasi masyarakat dengan pendekatan keperawatan keluarga melalui pengenalan masalah, memutuskan merawat, merawat, memodifikasi lingkungan dan memanfaatkan fasilitas kesehatan. Rencana pelaksanaan kegiatan dialokasika di RW I Kelurahan Lempuing Kota Bengkulu. Evaluasi kegiatan dan monitoring dilakukan secara formatif dan sumatif melalui instrument yang telah disiapkan. Kata Kunci: Anak, Pelecehan, Pendidikan Seks Abstract Sexual violence against children is increasing from year to year. This increase occurred in many countries, including Indonesia. From many provinces in Indonesia, sexual violence is a worrying problem. Many children are victims, not only girls, boys are also prone to be victims of sexual violence (Meri Neherta, 2017). Based on the results of the explanation from the Al-Pundi IT Kindergarten teacher at MMK 2, it was found that in 2019 child abuse occurred. This community service activity method uses community empowerment and community participation methods with a family nursing approach through identifying problems, deciding to care for, caring for, modifying the environment and utilizing health facilities. The plan for the implementation of the activities was allocated in RW I, Lemembu Sub-district, Bengkulu City. Dismenore yang tidak ditangani mengakibatkan gangguan saat aktifitas sehari-hari, retrograd menstruasi, infertilitas (kemandulan), kehamilan ektopik tidak terdeteksi, dan infeksi. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh edukasi menstruasi melalui whatsapp terhadap self care dismenore pada remaja SMA Kota Bengkulu.Desain penelitian quasi eksperimental dengan pre-test and post-test with control group design. Jumlah sampel 70 orang terdiri dari 35 kelompok kontrol dan 35 kelompok intervensi. Teknik sampling adalah simple random sampling. Pengukuran self care dismenore menggunakan ADSCS yang terdiri dari 35 pertanyaan, Analisis menggunakan Mann-Whitney pada α < 5%. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa rata-rata self care dismenore pada kelompok kontrol sebelum di berikan edukasi WhatsApp 131,17 dan pada kelompok intervensi 133,71. Setelah dilakukan edukasi WhatsApp pada kelompok kontrol rata- rata self care dismenore 134,57 dan pada kelompok intervensi 150,09 (p=0.000).WhatsApp dapat digunakan sebagai salah satu media edukasi tentang self care dismenore. Edukasi melalui WhatsApp dapat meningkatkan self care dismenore. Sekolah sebaiknya memanfaatkan media social WhatsApp dalam proses pemberian informasi kesehatan dan membuat learning grup diskusi tentang praktek self care dismenore.
Hospitalization is one of the stressors for children that causes discomfort and anxiety because of nursing actions that impact varies depending on the development of age, an experience of pain, support system, and coping skills in dealing with stress. Various activities can be used as alternatives to reduce children's anxiety such as Solving Puzzles and listening to music. This study aims to determine the therapeutic effect of Solving Puzzles and listening to music on the level of anxiety in children. The design used is quasi-experiment with one group pretestposttest with the control group. the subject group was observed before the intervention, then observed again after the intervention. Samples were taken using Accidental Sampling with 34 people in one group and the entire study sample was 68 people. The research instrument was a Hamilton Anxiety Rating Scale (HARS) questionnaire. The analysis used a T-paired test to compare the anxiety variables in the group, while the independent T-test to compare the anxiety variables in the two groups. The results showed that there was a significant decrease in anxiety levels after being given therapy to play Puzzless and listen to music (p = 0.0001). So it can be concluded that there is an effect of play therapy on anxiety in children before and after and after therapy Solving Puzzles and listening to music. When undergoing hospitalization a therapeutic play activity allows the child to express feelings including anxiety, fear and a feeling of losing control.
